Melanie Burnett:
Dr. Burnett obtained her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 2005 and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2011. She began working at St Bernards Medical Center upon graduation in 2011 where she served as a decentralized pharmacist with a primary focus in neonatology and pediatrics. She transitioned to a Pharmacy Team Lead role in 2013 and assumed the role of Clinical Pharmacy Manager in 2018. Melanie accepted the role of Director of Pharmacy in 2021. She serves as a preceptor for the Leadership and Management learning experience.
Amanda Caldwell:
Dr. Caldwell received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Science in 2006. She joined St Bernards Medical Center as a staff pharmacist in 2015. She is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist. She serves as the preceptor for Orientation, Hospital Staffing and Hospice & Palliative Care learning experiences.
Jordan Carmack:
Dr. Carmack completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Arkansas State University in 2010. He then received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Harding University College of Pharmacy in 2014 and began working at St Bernards following graduation. Jordan is currently a clinical pharmacist serving on the pediatric and neonatal team, internal medicine team, and total parenteral nutrition team. He is a member of ASHP and has completed the ASHP Pediatric Certificate. Jordan co-precepts both the Internal Medicine and the Neonatal Intensive Care & Pediatrics learning experiences.
Marsha Crader:
Dr. Crader received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2003. She completed the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists' (SIDP) Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Certificate Program in 2018 and is currently pursuing the Making A Difference in Infectious Diseases (MAD-ID) advanced AMS certificate. Her professional experience primarily includes internal medicine and infectious diseases but also includes community, ambulatory care, and consultation. Dr. Crader is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She is currently the lead AMS pharmacist for St. Bernards Medical Center where she also serves on the following committees: inpatient and outpatient AMS, infection prevention, pharmacy and therapeutics, and residency advisory. Her current state-level service includes chairing the Arkansas Association of Health-System Pharmacists' (AAHP) AMS Task Force and co-chairing the Arkansas Department of Health's AMS Committee. She has received fellow status from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP; 2020) as well as Clinician of the Year (2010) and New Practitioner of the Year (2008) from AAHP. Dr. Crader is the residency preceptor for both the Infectious Disease learning experience and the Antimicrobial Stewardship elective. She also serves as the resident teaching mentor for the UAMS Teaching Certificate Program.
Andrea Davis:
Dr. Davis obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in 2010. After completing her PGY1 pharmacy residency at St. Bernards Medical Center, Andrea transitioned into a clinical pharmacist position focusing in adult critical care. She has received Clinician of the Year (2013) by the Arkansas Association of Health-System Pharmacists and Living the Mission (2015) by St. Bernards Healthcare. In 2019, she completed the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists' Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate Program. Andrea currently serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager and Residency Program Director. She is a residency preceptor for the Management and Leadership, Residency Projects, and Teaching Certificate longitudinal experiences.
Marcy Fielder:
Dr. Fielder obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in 1999. Following completion, she began working at St. Bernards in 2009. Marcy serves as a preceptor for APPE students for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Harding University, Colleges of Pharmacy. She has been working with the pediatric and neonatal team since the NICU was opened in 2012. Marcy has completed the ASHP ASPEN Nutrition Support Certificate Program and provides care to patients receiving parenteral nutrition within the medical center. Marcy serves as a preceptor for both the Parenteral Nutrition and the Neonatal Intensive Care & Pediatrics learning experiences.
Jeremy Hanner:
Dr. Hanner completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Microbiology, Cellular and Molecular Biology, & Biotechnology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2013. He then obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in 2017. Upon graduation he worked for the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in different roles as a staff and clinical pharmacist, medication safety leader, and an informatics pharmacist. In 2019, he joined the staff at St. Bernards as a hybrid clinical pharmacist, before moving into the position of Medication Safety Officer. Jeremy has completed both the ASHP Medication Safety Certificate and the Informatics Certificate. He serves as the residency preceptor for the Medication Safety learning experience.
Anne Harris:
Dr. Harris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University before completing her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2009. After completion, she accepted a position as a clinical pharmacist at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas and established a weekend clinical pharmacy service. In 2019, she began work at St Bernards where she worked to establish the region’s first clinical pharmacy service in an emergency department. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists. Anne offers APPE electives in emergency medicine for UAMS, University of Tennessee and Harding University, Colleges of Pharmacy. She is the residency preceptor for the Emergency Medicine and Advanced Emergency Medicine learning experiences.
Jade Lawson:
Dr. Lawson received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy in 2014. She joined St Bernards Medical Center as a clinical pharmacist in 2015 where she worked on the pediatric and neonatal intensive care floors and also provided TPN dosing and monitoring for patients within the medical center. In 2017, Jade accepted a clinical pharmacist position within the Oncology Infusion Center at St Bernards. She serves as an APPE preceptor for UAMS and Harding University. Jade serves as a residency preceptor for the Oncology elective learning experience.
Kodi Liddell:
Dr. Liddell completed her Bachelor of Science with majors in Mathematics and Pre-Professional Health from Harding University in 2014. She then obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy in 2018. After completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in Little Rock in 2019, she accepted a position at the UAMS Northeast Regional Campus in Jonesboro, AR. She currently serves as an ambulatory clinical pharmacy specialist for the Family Medicine Clinic at UAMS Northeast and a clinical assistant professor for the UAMS College of Pharmacy. At her practice site, Kodi works closely with a program consisting of over 30 family medicine residents and physicians. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and is an active member of APA, AAHP, ASHP, and ACCP. She currently serves as a preceptor for the Ambulatory Care learning experience.
Keith Rubottom:
Dr. Rubottom is a 2000 graduate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Before coming to St. Bernards, he was a retail pharmacy manager for 17 years. He is an ASHP certificate holder in compounded sterile preparation. He is a member of ASHP, Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International, and Arkansas Pharmacists Association. He has previously served on the Arkansas Medicaid Drug Review Committee and the UAMS Pharmacy Admissions Committee. In 2020, he received the Pharmacist of the Year award at St. Bernards. In 2021, he received the Living the Mission award and the Heart of Service award from St. Bernards Healthcare. Keith serves as a residency preceptor for Orientation and the Hospital Staffing learning experiences.
Payton Snodgrass:
Dr. Snodgrass received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University for Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2019. Immediately following graduation, he completed a PGY1 residency at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas where he focused on developing as clinical pharmacist in critical care. He accepted a position at St. Bernards in critical care. He has completed a teaching certificate program through UAMS and presented research at both local and national meetings. He serves as a preceptor for the Critical Care learning experience.
Jennifer Tate:
Dr. Tate obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2011. Dr. Tate came to St. Bernards in 2011 as a staff pharmacist. She is a member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) and has completed her SIDP Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate in 2020. She currently serves as clinical pharmacist and is the primary preceptor for the Clinical Services learning experience.
Prisca Taylor:
Dr. Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and went on to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Belmont University College of Pharmacy in 2017. Following graduation, she completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY1) at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Prisca joined the team at St. Bernards Medical Center in 2019 as a clinical pharmacist and currently serves as the Clinical Team Lead Pharmacist. She serves as a preceptor for both the Internal Medicine and Residency Projects learning experiences.
T.J. Tyndall:
Dr. Tyndall obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2014. She started her pharmacy career as a clinical pharmacist at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, AR where she worked heavily in the area of psychiatry. She came to St. Bernards Medical Center in 2018 and quickly found her niche as an ICU pharmacist. Dr. Tyndall serves as a preceptor for Harding University, UAMS, and University of Tennessee, Colleges of Pharmacy. She is a published author, has presented posters at the state and national level, and provided continuing education to her peers at a state meeting. She serves as a preceptor for the Critical Care learning experience.
James Welborn:
Dr. Welborn obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy in 2006. He joined the St. Bernards Medical Center pharmacy team in 2009 as a staff pharmacist. He moved into the Pharmacy Informatics Team Lead position in 2010 and then assumed the role of Pharmacy Director in 2013. As Director, he managed multiple pharmacy projects and worked to expand the pharmacy services at St. Bernards. In 2021, James transitioned to Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy Services and now oversees all pharmacy operations within the health system. He is a student preceptor for both UAMS College of Pharmacy and Harding College of Pharmacy. He is a member of ASHP and AAHP. Additionally, James has completed the Apexus advanced 340B operations certificate and works closely with other hospitals and retail pharmacies in the area on their 340B programs. He serves as a preceptor for the Leadership and Management learning experience.
