Coach's Clinic Sign-Up Form

Coach's Clinic is Friday, June 5th, 2026 at the St. Bernards Health and Wellness Classroom, 1416 E. Matthews Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401 from 8:00am-noon. Doors will open at 7:30am. The cost of the event is free, however CPR certification will be offered if needed at the end of session with a $25 payment. Sessions will include Concussion Management, Heat Illness/Liability, Health Emergencies, Communicable Diseases plus an additional course: "Lifting Mechanics and Injury Prevention in the Weight Room"
