Coach's Clinic Sign-Up Form

Coach's Clinic is Friday, June 6th at the Jonesboro High School Activity Gym, 301 Hurricane Dr., Jonesboro, AR 72401 (on second floor) from 8:00am-noon. Doors will open at 7:30am. The cost of the event is free, however CPR certification will be offered if needed at the end of session with a $25 payment. Sessions will include Concussion Management, Heat Illness/Liability, Health Emergencies, Communicable Diseases plus a Taping Course.
