Melanie Burnett, PharmD, MBA

Melanie Burnett

Dr. Burnett obtained her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 2005 and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2011. She began working at St. Bernards Medical Center upon graduation in 2011 where she served as a decentralized pharmacist with a primary focus in neonatology and pediatrics. She transitioned to a Pharmacy Team Lead role in 2013 and assumed the role of Clinical Pharmacy Manager in 2018. Melanie accepted the role of Director of Pharmacy in 2021 and began serving as Outpatient Director of Pharmacy is 2025. She serves as a preceptor for the Leadership and Management learning experience. 


Jordan Carmack, PharmD

Jordan Carmack

Dr. Carmack completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Arkansas State University in 2010. He then received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Harding University College of Pharmacy in 2014 and began working at St. Bernards following graduation. Jordan is currently a clinical pharmacist serving on the pediatric and neonatal team, internal medicine team, and total parenteral nutrition team. He is a member of ASHP and has completed the ASHP Pediatric Certificate. Jordan was awarded the 2023 Clinician of the Year by the Arkansas Association of Health System Pharmacists. Jordan co-precepts both the Internal Medicine and the Neonatal Intensive Care & Pediatrics learning experiences.


Marsha Crader, PharmD, FASHP

Marsha Crader

Dr. Crader received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2003. She completed antimicrobial stewardship (AS) training certification through the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists' (acute care) and Making A Difference in Infectious Diseases (advanced). Her professional experience primarily includes internal medicine and infectious diseases but also includes community, ambulatory care, and consultation. Dr. Crader is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She is currently the lead AS pharmacist for St. Bernards Medical Center where she also serves on the following committees: inpatient and outpatient AS, infection prevention, pharmacy and therapeutics, and residency advisory. Her current state-level service includes co-chairing the Arkansas Department of Health's AS Committee and serving as Vice President of the Arkansas AS
Foundation. She has received fellow status from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (2020) as well as Clinician of the Year (2010) and New Practitioner of the Year (2008) from the Arkansas Association of Health-System Pharmacists. Dr. Crader is the residency preceptor for both the Infectious Diseases learning experience and the Antimicrobial Stewardship elective. She also serves as the resident teaching mentor for the UAMS Teaching Certificate Program and as a co-preceptor of the longitudinal teaching experience.


Andrea Davis, PharmD

Andrea Davis

Dr. Davis obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in 2010. After completing her PGY1 pharmacy residency at St. Bernards Medical Center, Andrea transitioned into a clinical pharmacist position focusing in adult critical care. She has received Clinician of the Year (2013) by the Arkansas Association of Health-System Pharmacists and Living the Mission (2015) by St. Bernards Healthcare. In 2019, she completed the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists' Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate Program.  Andrea currently serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager and Residency Program Director. She is a residency preceptor for the Management and Leadership, Residency Projects, and Teaching Certificate longitudinal experiences.


Marcy Fielder, PharmD

Marcy Fielder

Dr. Fielder obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in 1999. Following completion, she began working at St. Bernards in 2009.  Marcy serves as a preceptor for APPE students for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Harding University, Colleges of Pharmacy. She has been working with the pediatric and neonatal team since the NICU was opened in 2012. Marcy has completed the ASHP ASPEN Nutrition Support Certificate Program and provides care to patients receiving parenteral nutrition within the medical center. Marcy serves as a preceptor for both the Parenteral Nutrition and the Neonatal Intensive Care & Pediatrics learning experiences.


Jeremy Hanner, PharmD, BCPS

Jeremy Hanner

Dr. Hanner completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Microbiology, Cellular and Molecular Biology, & Biotechnology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2013. He then obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in 2017. Upon graduation he worked for the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in different roles as a staff and clinical pharmacist, medication safety leader, and an informatics pharmacist. In 2019, he joined the staff at St. Bernards as a hybrid clinical pharmacist, before moving into the position of Medication Safety Officer. Jeremy has completed both the ASHP Medication Safety Certificate and the Informatics Certificate.  He serves as the residency preceptor for the Medication Safety learning experience.


Anne Harris, PharmD, BCPS, BCEMP

Anne Harris

Dr. Harris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University before completing her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2009. After completion, she accepted a position as a clinical pharmacist at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas and established a weekend clinical pharmacy service. In 2019, she began work at St. Bernards where she worked to establish the region’s first clinical pharmacy service in an emergency department. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists. Anne offers APPE electives in emergency medicine for UAMS, University of Tennessee and Harding University, Colleges of Pharmacy. She is the residency preceptor for the Emergency Medicine and Advanced Emergency Medicine learning experiences.


Jade Lawson, PharmD

Jade Lawson

Dr. Lawson received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy in 2014. She joined St Bernards Medical Center as a clinical pharmacist in 2015 where she worked on the pediatric and neonatal intensive care floors and also provided TPN dosing and monitoring for patients within the medical center. In 2017, Jade accepted a clinical pharmacist position within the Oncology Infusion Center at St. Bernards. She serves as an APPE preceptor for UAMS and Harding University. Jade serves as a residency preceptor for the Oncology elective learning experience.


Keith Rubottom, PharmD, BCSCP

Keith Rubottom

Dr. Rubottom is a 2000 graduate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Before coming to St. Bernards, he was a retail pharmacy manager for 17 years. He is an ASHP certificate holder in compounded sterile preparation and has additionally obtained board certification (BCSCP). He is a member of ASHP, Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International, and Arkansas Pharmacists Association. He has previously served on the Arkansas Medicaid Drug Review Committee and the UAMS Pharmacy Admissions Committee. In 2020, he received the Pharmacist of the Year award at St. Bernards. In 2021, he received the Living the Mission award and the Heart of Service award from St. Bernards Healthcare. Keith serves as a residency preceptor for Orientation and the Hospital Staffing learning experiences.


Payton Snodgrass, PharmD

Payton Snodgrass

Dr. Snodgrass received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University for Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2019. Immediately following graduation, he completed a PGY1 residency at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas where he focused on developing as clinical pharmacist in critical care. He accepted a position at St. Bernards in critical care. He has completed a teaching certificate program through UAMS and presented research at both local and national meetings. In 2025, Payton transitioned as the Perioperative Clinical Pharmacist. He serves as a preceptor for the Perioperative Pharmacy learning experiences.


Jennifer Tate, PharmD, BCIDP

Jennifer Tate

Dr. Tate obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2011. Dr. Tate came to St. Bernards in 2011 as a staff pharmacist. She is a member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) and has completed her SIDP Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate in 2020. She currently serves as clinical pharmacist and is the primary preceptor for the Clinical Services learning experience.


Prisca Scruggs, PharmD, BCPS

Prisca Scruggs

Dr. Scruggs obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and went on to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Belmont University College of Pharmacy in 2017. Following graduation, she completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY1) at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Prisca joined the team at St. Bernards in 2019 as a clinical pharmacist and currently serves as the Clinical Team Lead Pharmacist and the Residency Program Coordinator. She serves as a preceptor for the Residency Projects learning experience.


James Welborn, PharmD

James Welborn

Dr. Welborn obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy in 2006. He joined the St. Bernards Medical Center pharmacy team in 2009 as a staff pharmacist. He moved into the Pharmacy Informatics Team Lead position in 2010 and then assumed the role of Pharmacy Director in 2013. As Director, he managed multiple pharmacy projects and worked to expand the pharmacy services at St. Bernards. In 2021, James transitioned to Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy Services and now oversees all pharmacy operations within the health system. He is a student preceptor for both UAMS College of Pharmacy and Harding College of Pharmacy. He is a member of ASHP and AAHP. Additionally, James has completed the Apexus advanced 340B operations certificate and works closely with other hospitals and retail pharmacies in the area on their 340B programs. He serves as a preceptor for the Leadership and Management learning experience. 


Megan Pham, PharmD

Megan Pham

Dr. Pham obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) at Memphis in 2022. Upon graduation, she completed her PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis as well as obtaining her teaching certificate from UTHSC. She joined the St. Bernards team in 2023 as the current Transition of Care Pharmacist. She serves as an APPE preceptor for UTHSC and is the residency preceptor for the Transitions of Care elective learning experience.


Savannah Pratt, PharmD, BCPS

Savannah Pratt

Dr. Pratt obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Union University College of Pharmacy in Jackson, Tennessee in 2022. Upon graduation, she completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Unity Health - White County Medical Center in Searcy, Arkansas, where she obtained teaching and research certificates from UAMS. Dr. Pratt continued her training with a PGY2 in critical care at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama. While completing her PGY2, she also obtained her certification as a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS). Savannah joined the St. Bernard's team in 2024 as a critical care pharmacist where she will help precept the critical care learning experience. 


Laura Koehler, PharmD

Laura Koehler, PharmD

Dr. Koehler received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hendrix College in 2000, then achieved her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2005. While at UAMS, she had a broad exposure to different types of pharmacy practice by interning at Kroger, working at the Arkansas Poison Control Center, taking research electives where she was published and exploring nuclear pharmacy electives. She chose to work at St Bernards Medical Center upon graduation in 2005 and has been with SBMC ever since. She is also a member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and Arkansas Pharmacists Association. With over 20 years of experience in hospital pharmacy she is a residency preceptor for Orientation and the Hospital Staffing longitudinal learning experience.


Han Na Cho, PharmD

Dr. Cho obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in 2022. Upon graduation, she completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital as well as obtaining her teaching certificate from UTHSC. She joined the St. Bernard’s team in 2024 as a clinical pharmacist serving as a preceptor for the Clinical Services and Internal medicine learning experiences.


Lisa Matthews, PharmD

Lisa Matthews, PharmD

Dr. Matthews obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Arkansas State University before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR in 2005. After a briefly working in retail pharmacy, she began working at St Bernards Medical Center in 2006 as a staff pharmacist. In 2023, she received the Living the Mission award from St. Bernards Healthcare. She is a member of the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists (AAPP) and serves as residency preceptor for the Psychiatric Medicine elective learning experience.


Hilary Dowd, PharmD

Hilary Dowd, PharmD

Dr. Dowd obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in 2018. She began working at St. Bernards after completion. Hilary works on our staffing, clinical, and informatics teams. She has completed the ASHP Pharmacy Informatics Certificate. Hilary serves as a preceptor for both the Informatics and the
Hospice learning experiences.


Kathryn Walker, PharmD

Dr. Walker attended undergraduate at University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee and then moved to Memphis to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She then
completed both PGY1 and PGY2 residencies at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. She joined the St. Bernards team in 2025 after completion of residency as the team moved to seven day clinical pharmacist coverage in the emergency department. She is a preceptor for the Emergency Medicine and Advanced Emergency Medicine learning experiences.
