Biography
Sarah began her career in the mental health field in 2010. She obtained a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University. Sarah provides individual therapy services for children and adults with ADHD, grief, life adjustments, stress management, anxiety disorders, and mood/depression disorders. She uses a person centered, strength based approach with an integrative model of treatment, depending on each patient’s specific needs and goals. Sarah is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. She also has additional training in play therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
