The mri went very smooth. I was afraid because I'm claustrophobic but the nurse put me at ease with music and covered my eyes with a cloth and she was very kind. I totally relaxed.

Oh, thank you so much for taking my response. You know, I've known Dr. Burke now for 35 years. I don't have another doctor that I would trust any more than I would Willard Burke. He's my favorite. He's my friend, and I'll always go there. Thank you so much. Thank you, thank you. Well, I guess that's all.

This was my first visit. I was blown away by all aspects of my visit. From the beginning until the end all care was given to me from everyone I had contact with. I was simply amazed. I was not rushed in any way. I was so fortunate to be accepted by Dr Burks as his new patient. I could fill up this page with excellent remarks about him. Because of his stellar reputation as a physician, I had asked to be seen by him. He made me feel so comfortable in explaining my illness. He took time to answer all my questions in a way I understood. I feel complete trust in Dr Burks. I have already recommended your clinic, as I will continue to do.

Dr Burks is simply wonderful

They are very easy to talk to had they seems eager to make you happy or get you taken care of.

Nothing else to say. We were seen quickly and courteously. Had no complaints at all.

I have always been treated extremely well by entire staff at this clinic. Dr. Burks has been my doctor for over 40 years. He has always taken excellent care of me.

Had a quick appointment scheduled by a friendly and courteous receptionist. I was seen the very next day., And even though I was 10 minutes late I got into the back for lab work within 10 minutes of waiting. Afterwards I was promptly seen by Dr.Burks. He was amazing. Very personable and expressed concern and let me know he really cares about my well being. If all doctors could shadow him for a day, I am certain perspective would be gained as to what a doctor should be!! I am blessed as a patient. Thank you!!!

was placed under two people that came in after I did. Instead of putting my chart on the top, they put me on the bottom. That means if I hadn't asked them to check, I would have been there 30 or 40 minutes. That was my problem and this is not the first time it's happened. Hopefully, it will be the last time it happens.

I was there way to long just for a refill. And they lost me.

Lab people were very friendly and quick. Very efficient.

It is the only ER close..There is a particular ER physician, I do not care for..both personally and professionally. He's arrogant ...let's just say , from past experience , it is a mutual disdain. I filed a complaint with the state medical. Everything I stated was was factual, I was a matter of medical indifference that caused my father to be in the condition he's in today. Check it out for yourself.

I like the way that all the nurses and all the doctors are very nice and polite and efficient with you. Dr. Burks is a top-notch doctor. All the doctors in his facility are top-notch because I talk to other people all the time. So I would like to say that when medical clinic is good, clinic to go to. And the nurses at the hospital is top notch also. And the aides are too. I love the aides on that. At the hospital, St. Bernard, and up here in Jonesburg, but I like it here because it's closer for me and my
