Everyone very courteous professional and polite

Dr Burks is the kindest sweetest doctor and most knowledgeable of any doctor I've ever had!

I am a patient there , but I did a walk in the day I went and had to wait a total of 4 hours , I was very sick . I think there should have been a special area I could have went to keep from spreading all my nasty germs everywhere. That could be improved on ,

I've never been treated so nicely

Well, they've always treated me right. I've been going there since I was a kid and I'm 90 years old now. And they all treat me real good and none of them treats me bad. And the doctor I go to, I've been seeing for about all my life, about 30 years. I think he's a good doctor and I really like him and he does what he's supposed to do. He checks me over and everything. So I think it's a good clinic and I love to go there and I'd rather go there than any place else.

The Physical Therapist were all were very professional. I have no complaints. Yes I would recommend them. The therapist helped with the therapy after home therapy.

The mri went very smooth. I was afraid because I'm claustrophobic but the nurse put me at ease with music and covered my eyes with a cloth and she was very kind. I totally relaxed.

Oh, thank you so much for taking my response. You know, I've known Dr. Burke now for 35 years. I don't have another doctor that I would trust any more than I would Willard Burke. He's my favorite. He's my friend, and I'll always go there. Thank you so much. Thank you, thank you. Well, I guess that's all.

This was my first visit. I was blown away by all aspects of my visit. From the beginning until the end all care was given to me from everyone I had contact with. I was simply amazed. I was not rushed in any way. I was so fortunate to be accepted by Dr Burks as his new patient. I could fill up this page with excellent remarks about him. Because of his stellar reputation as a physician, I had asked to be seen by him. He made me feel so comfortable in explaining my illness. He took time to answer all my questions in a way I understood. I feel complete trust in Dr Burks. I have already recommended your clinic, as I will continue to do.

They are very easy to talk to had they seems eager to make you happy or get you taken care of.

I have always been treated extremely well by entire staff at this clinic. Dr. Burks has been my doctor for over 40 years. He has always taken excellent care of me.

Had a quick appointment scheduled by a friendly and courteous receptionist. I was seen the very next day., And even though I was 10 minutes late I got into the back for lab work within 10 minutes of waiting. Afterwards I was promptly seen by Dr.Burks. He was amazing. Very personable and expressed concern and let me know he really cares about my well being. If all doctors could shadow him for a day, I am certain perspective would be gained as to what a doctor should be!! I am blessed as a patient. Thank you!!!

No change, everyone was great

was placed under two people that came in after I did. Instead of putting my chart on the top, they put me on the bottom. That means if I hadn't asked them to check, I would have been there 30 or 40 minutes. That was my problem and this is not the first time it's happened. Hopefully, it will be the last time it happens.

I was there way to long just for a refill. And they lost me.

Lab people were very friendly and quick. Very efficient.
