Dr. Easton took time to listen to what I was telling her, and she addressed every issue I had. She started running test and drew blood and went over everything with me. I felt like she actually cared about me.

I would like for the doctors to really listen to you when you talk to them and explain things. Sometimes things get twisted around and get misunderstood and I would really like for them to listen and listen to us and ask us questions so things don't get misunderstood. That's all.

We are always treated very well here! Dr. Easton always listens and answers all of our questions!

Dr. Easton and her staff as well as all when at the clinic were fabulous. Very kind. Thoughtful and caring. The one thing I don't like is having to tell a "screening" lady at just Clapton Clinic in general what I'm calling for before I can even get up to Dr. Easton's office. That's going through another person and sharing personal info yet another time with another individual. Outside of that everyone is very nice and professional.

The phlebotomist a tech were both so friendly!

I was so sick with a uti and felt so bad and my nurse and doctor were both so soft and sympathetic and made my visit so easy. I did not feel like being out at all and especially at a doctor visit. I really appreciate the care that was given to me.

Renee at check in was super nice. Riley the PCT tech was super pleasant and easy to talk with. I did not catch the young lady's name who took my vitals while Riley continued but she was super to. Dr Easton is always super and caring. I have recommended my family see her as well. I missed the lady at check out name but she had super cutie black glasses on and at the first desk. I had to wait while she was finishing a call and she was apologetic for my short wait.

Dr Easton is very kind, knowledgeable, & professional. I am thankful for the excellent care she provides. Her nurse, Katie, is also very kind, professional & knowledgeable. She always calls promptly with lab results & whenever I contact the office with questions or concerns. Thank you both!!

Very pleased with care. Dr Easton listened and discussed my problems and called back with instructions about changes in medication and treatment.

My concern is you always ask me if I have trouble getting an appointment. Well, the answer I guess is no, because I make my appointment when I'm in there and I know my appointment for six months. So that is a no, I don't have trouble. Then the other thing is I was at the doctor on Monday and did not, I have not received my lab results yet. and they're critical to me. Thank you.

Yes, my suggestion is that when a person goes to, well, like I was at the emergency room and was there about five or six hours having tests done, and, you know, I could get a page, a whole page full of blood results, you know, back, and all of them just have three letters in front of it. There's no spelling out. of what those letters stand for. There's no meaning. Some of them will say high, some will say low, but you have no idea what's high and what's low. And I suggest that they develop a sheet that is more patient-friendly. We're always told you'll go over this with your PCP at your next visit. Well, that never happens. I mean, I've been here at St. Bernard's a long time and that has never happened. So that would be real helpful to me. And yeah, you can look it up on Google, but who's got the time to.

The entire experience was very comforting as a new patient. The young lady who did the intake, Katie, was excellent, courteous and efficient. The doctor, Dr Easton, impressed me as being very knowledgeable about my health issues. She brought up concerns I'd had for years and no one had ever addressed them even after I'd asked about my concern. I was very pleased with the visit.

Dr. Easton is always prepared and seems to take a genuine interest in my health and I would presume that is her standard of care. Keep up the good work.

Dr Porter retired so this was my first visit with my new PCP, Dr Easton. She and her nurse, Katy Honeycutt, were both very friendly, patient, and thorough. Both have followed up with me regarding lab results and medications. I really appreciate the care I received.
