I've been a patient here over 6 years and never had such a bad experience as i did yesterday. There was no visit due to several errors on the clinic's part. I was made to feel like the doctor's time was more important than mine. I blame the staff more than the doctor but he had forgotten that we had already discussed my pain issue more than once in the past. He seems to think himself above reproach. Now I have to get a new PCP and suffer for others mistakes. I've taken my complaint to someone over the clinic level.

I was surprised that they actually sat and listened to me, unlike my other doctor. I was very satisfied of the way that the client see, the respect, the way they all sat and listened to me. That means a lot for my doctor.

Coworkers are very polite and friendly. Dr Dow has very good bedside manners and he cares about his patients. Thank you Dr Dow with your help I got some cream for my dark spots .

A great and friendly atmosphere

I felt like everyone there was very professional. Dr. Dow engaged with me on a one on one basis. He made eye contact and asked me questions. He explained in detail what test I needed and why. I have 100 percent trust in him and I think I am so fortunate to be a new patient there.

Went because have been hurting in my ribs. Dr Dow did a yearly exam and did not even check my side or my ribs.

Excellent in all ways

Yes, the doctor, he was real nice, kind, and collective, went in about my history I had with seminars for the last 30 years. And I was in and out of the hospital for a year now, and he told me all about my medical history and medical problems and took me off medication I didn't need no more. And he did a wonderful, great job.

I feel dr Dow actually listen to my concerns and not just group me in with everyone else going through what I go through.

Dr. Dow has helped me with my diabetes. I mean, I do a lot of the work, nutrition, etc. but happy with most recent blood work a1c at 6.3!

Dr. Dow is wonderful all the way around and the staff is great also.
