the staff in trumann really care about the patients and do their best

The staff could most improve by not questioning everything as if they don't believe you. They could listen to your concerns and actually address all of them instead of trying to rush through the appointment and address virtually none of your concerns. In my case, the staff, particularly the doctor, could be taking more time and care to make sure that I'm receiving the correct referrals and follow-up care that I need for my unique individual medical issues, which requires specialists.

The staff are always courteous and friendly. Dr. Dow is a wonderful doctor!

I've been a patient here over 6 years and never had such a bad experience as i did yesterday. There was no visit due to several errors on the clinic's part. I was made to feel like the doctor's time was more important than mine. I blame the staff more than the doctor but he had forgotten that we had already discussed my pain issue more than once in the past. He seems to think himself above reproach. Now I have to get a new PCP and suffer for others mistakes. I've taken my complaint to someone over the clinic level.

I felt like everyone there was very professional. Dr. Dow engaged with me on a one on one basis. He made eye contact and asked me questions. He explained in detail what test I needed and why. I have 100 percent trust in him and I think I am so fortunate to be a new patient there.
