The girl who drew my blood for the labs was a Med Tech and, for the first time in my life, I didn't feel it at all when she drew blood. I was impressed! I don't recall her name but she needs a raise.

No time to elaborate. All good!

Dr. Golden is the best! I don't like referring him as my PCP. He worked hard to become a doctor and should be respected with his title of Dr.

I've been a patient of Dr. Golden for a long time. In all my years he has treated me with respect and dignity. He and his nurse Jessica are the best there is.

The Dr is the main reason I go there , his nurse seem very nice and knowledgeable the crowd At reception is a bit More interested in small talk among themselves on non-healthcare topics than completing their check-in. But that is hospital administration problem not Dr. or mine

What I like most about Dr. Golden and his nurse, Jessica is that they are real people. They are medical professionals but they never forget that they are people just like the patients.

Dr. Stephen Golden has always been personable and made me feel he had concern for my personal health. As a result, I have confidence in his understanding of my health issues and his medical recommendations.

At the First Care Clinic on Matthews the bathroom in the lab area desperately needs handicap rails in the bathroom!! The toilet is not handicap height and without rails it was extremely difficult to get off of. I was embarrassed because I honestly thought I was going to have to open the door and call out for help to get up. This needs immediate attention please.

Dr. Golden has been my provider since I was 19. I'm 62 now and have trusted him and the First Care team explicitly. He delived my two children! His nurse, Jessica Knight, is so knowledgeable, prompt amd kind! They work so effortlessly and timely. This is my extended family! God has bless me with good health. Having continued care with the same provider ensures my health history is being followed by a professional and caring team!

Dr. Golden and Jessica have been very good to work with and very concerned. They carefully explained things to us and called with results. Waiting for test results is scary. Your mind can gravitate towards the worst outcomes. Fortunately, the tests were negative and Jessica was very good at explaining. I am very grateful.

I feel when I come in for my appointments and treatments that everyone treats me very well as an individual and I am comfortable in the environment that is the clinic.

I would improve the referrals process; PCM referrals aren't always received by the health insurance provider. Resulting in unnecessary out of pocket costs for the patient.

Dr Golden and his nurse, Jessica, are always welcoming, patient and provide a feeling of interest in my health and wellness during both routine visits and when discussing new health issues that require diagnosis or treatment.

And they not only treat me with utmost respect and everything, but they treat me like family and they showed that they genuinely care about my health. I really do appreciate them. My appointment was great but I don't care even a little about my lab results. I was told I'm type 2 and the only thing to do is start popping pills. No conversation about how to reverse type 2. I don't plan to remain a diabetic.

Dr Golden has been my family doctor for a couple decades. He and his staff are awesome and have treated me well. His referral to Urology diagnosed and resolved my Prostate cancer. 5 months now with a PSA of 0.00. We are doing well now.

Dr. Golden is very, very, he's a great provider. He listens to all of our concerns. He gives us good recommendations for my child and for ourselves and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Golden diagnosed what the problem was, prescribed medication and I am much better today.

The entire staff at the Matthews Ave facility are exemplary and deserve a raise. They are 110% focused on patient care.

I only go there to get blood drawn for a blood test. The girls there are quite efficient & draw my blood without digging around in my arm for a vein that both causes pain & extensive bruising! I have never encountered anyone there to be anything other than totally professional!
