Dr. Golden and the nurses in the Matthews Clinic take the time to ask and listen to any concerns that I have. Then provide information or recommendations and referrals to appropriate St. Bernard's departments.

While I was there, a gentleman in the lobby had some kind of a major attack. He was unconscious. And the nurses and Dr. Golden were so wonderful and so professional with the entire incident. And, you know, after they immediately went right into from this huge emergency into me switching a medication in a calm, professional manner, they were wonderful. And I really appreciated how they treated the son that was with the older gentleman. They were just fabulous. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you.

Dr. Golden and his nurse is very good and very helpful. When I call, it takes forever to get anybody on the phone. Sometimes I have to call back. Goodbye.

An intake person was surprised that I wanted to talk to my pcp about an upcoming surgery. I wanted his opinion about the treatment plan and my meds.

The girl who drew my blood for the labs was a Med Tech and, for the first time in my life, I didn't feel it at all when she drew blood. I was impressed! I don't recall her name but she needs a raise.

At the First Care Clinic on Matthews the bathroom in the lab area desperately needs handicap rails in the bathroom!! The toilet is not handicap height and without rails it was extremely difficult to get off of. I was embarrassed because I honestly thought I was going to have to open the door and call out for help to get up. This needs immediate attention please.

Dr. Golden has been my provider since I was 19. I'm 62 now and have trusted him and the First Care team explicitly. He delived my two children! His nurse, Jessica Knight, is so knowledgeable, prompt amd kind! They work so effortlessly and timely. This is my extended family! God has bless me with good health. Having continued care with the same provider ensures my health history is being followed by a professional and caring team!

I would improve the referrals process; PCM referrals aren't always received by the health insurance provider. Resulting in unnecessary out of pocket costs for the patient.
