No better place to be than St Bernards Health Care Clinic. They really take care of you.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over thirty years and from the first visit with a migraine headache, Dr. Golden said that if I ever had to wait more than fifteen minutes for my appointment, to let him know. He stayed on top of that and I have never had to wait more than fifteen minutes. He is very hands on.

Sometimes I arrive for my 6 month blood draw and there is no request in the computer, but the girls quickly call & get what is needed for my blood draw.

I only had blood work this time, but I had experienced a tick bite last week so I asked could they pull extra blood to check to see if there's any illness in me with the tick bite. They didn't hesitate to accommodate and asked the doctor to approve extra testing.

I have difficulty standing at the checkin window. No one seems to notice.

I did not like having to wait for somebody to call me back to make an appointment. It doesn't matter so much now, but if you've got a job like when I did his teaching, you can't, you know, do stuff, but when you've got a minute here and there and certain things, you can't just be friendly with students for sure. But I did get an appointment very quickly, so I was happy about that. And Dr. Golden is Golden, like his name implies. He's wonderful. He knows what he's doing. He really cares about his patients and what's going on with them and providing information. And he's just wonderful and I highly recommend him. Thank you very much.

Can't give enough accolades regarding Dr. Golden and Jessica! He has been my trusted provider since I was 19. That being said, I truly believe the most positive outcome for any patient and their provider is to develop a history with each other, be consistent and listen to the providers recommendations. The results are a healthy 62 year old female while following a wonderful provider, Dr. GOLDEN.

Overall, the experience was great as usual. Dr. Golden and his staff, other than the receptionist who did not acknowledge me before walking in, I was the only patient in there. She was standing in a window and looked at me and turned away and did not acknowledge me, didn't speak. Other than that, everything was great.

From check-in all the way through until I left I felt nothing but treated nicely and didn't ask for anything different perfect

Dr. Golden and the nurses in the Matthews Clinic take the time to ask and listen to any concerns that I have. Then provide information or recommendations and referrals to appropriate St. Bernard's departments.

While I was there, a gentleman in the lobby had some kind of a major attack. He was unconscious. And the nurses and Dr. Golden were so wonderful and so professional with the entire incident. And, you know, after they immediately went right into from this huge emergency into me switching a medication in a calm, professional manner, they were wonderful. And I really appreciated how they treated the son that was with the older gentleman. They were just fabulous. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you.

I love gong to First Care they always try to get you in. They all are so so nice and sweet. I've been using First Care since 1994. They have the best Doctors especially Dr Golden

Lab tech needs to listen when given info

Dr. Golden and his nurse is very good and very helpful. When I call, it takes forever to get anybody on the phone. Sometimes I have to call back. Goodbye.

An intake person was surprised that I wanted to talk to my pcp about an upcoming surgery. I wanted his opinion about the treatment plan and my meds.

The girl who drew my blood for the labs was a Med Tech and, for the first time in my life, I didn't feel it at all when she drew blood. I was impressed! I don't recall her name but she needs a raise.
