I think overall everything was good. I think with those of us having to travel so far, telehealth visits should be available for follow-up appointments unless an examination is necessary.

I was so impressed with the time the doctor talked and did not rush in and out.

Scheduling routine visits normally take months in advance. I also feel like the request that patients arrive 20 min early is unreasonable. I would prefer the appointment time be the actual appointment time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. As my first time there, I felt at ease and comfortable. My doctor gave me info I needed to know and cared about my needs. Overall the experience was very good.

Front desk is always nice. So is my Dr and her staff. I just don't like being treated the way I was with scheduling.

I really like Dr. Vance and her staff. She is very knowledgeable and knew my condition before even examining me. She was listening to me explain my symptoms and said she had a pretty good idea what was wrong and after her examination, she diagnosed me with Lichen Sclerosis. She is the only one I felt to actually listen to me. I'm glad I had my daughter make an appointment with her a couple of years ago. I recommend her to anyone looking for an obgyn.

Nurse Anita and Dr. Vance are both very caring and sensitive to patients concerns and care. They see a high volume of patients, my care was individualized and not rushed.

I have visited this clinic for 48 years thru 5 pregnancies and still feel that the care is great. Newest technology is used to diagnose and treat and there is no reason to go out of town

My ultrasound tech, Kennedy from Armorel, is always so sweet. She took great/thorough images during my ultrasound. Dr. Vance took the time to sit down and talk to me about my ultrasound photos and a game-plan for treatment. I appreciate her time and feedback.

Dr. Vance took plenty of time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. She thoroughly explained my medical condition and treatment. Very satisfied with this visit.

I had the BEST NURSES!! I called the next day to give the head nurse their names. They took great care of me. From the time I got to the back to being discharged I was not left alone and was cared for around the clock. They gave my support team detailed care instructions and Dr. Vance made sure to keep in constant contact with me. My surgery went well and I'm still recovering.

Yes, Dr. Vance is who I saw. She was very courteous and very kind to an old person. Her staff, everybody was very kind and very gentle with me and they really took good care of me.

They didn't seem to know about my medical history because I have never been seen at that facility. I also haven't been to any St Bernard's since 2012

other than in unacceptable delay in being seen, everything was fine.

Original phone call to schedule as a new patient was roughly 2-3 months ago and that was for first available. First patient of the day and waited alone in room to be seen for over 20-25 minutes.

After yesterday I will not be back. I will get my mammogram done with yall in November. I had to wait 2 hours yesterday for a simple yearly exam. No one went over my medications, past history,etc. Dr. Serena Vance came in. I've only seen her a couple of times, so I wasn't even sure it was her. She was just wearing a t shirt. She rushed through the appointment in less than 10 minutes. It was almost closing time of course. I had asked earlier this year to see Dr. Conger because I had seen her before and liked her. The office said I couldn't do that. Dr Vance didn't even apologize for being 2 hours late. Then she rushed me through and said ok see you next year. No she won't. I haven't been happy with this office since I was a patient of Dr. Curry about 10 years ago. I've been through several doctors there because there seems to be a turnover of doctors. And I noticed a new sign yesterday that you may have a longer wait because your doctor may be called to deliver a baby. I never give bad reviews but yesterday was a very negative experience.
