Sarah Thomas, APRN

Sarah is a board-certified Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who earned her graduate degree from Vanderbilt University. She has over 15 years experience in hospitalist medicine at St. Bernards Medical Center before transitioning the last two years to St. Bernards Heart and Vascular to focus on lipid disorders, cardiometabolic health and preventive care. Sarah is passionate about working side by side with her patients to develop individualized treatments plans, including not only medications, but also diet and lifestyle changes to achieve long term goals.
