Calling to make an appointment is absolutely awful. You wait for hours and hours before you can get somebody to answer a phone, and then it is so late in the afternoons. Thank you.

Sometimes when I call for an appointment or to reschedule, it takes forever to get to talk to someone.

The patient care was the most important subject. Encouraging the patient to visit the doctor regularly not just when needed.
