Dr. Hill and the staff at St. Bernard's Heart and Vascular are awesome.

Patient overbooking seems to be a problem. Arrived at 10 for 10:15 appointment, not checked in until 10:20, waited until after 11 in waiting room to see doctor. Seems like it happens more and more often. It's getting to be an all day thing going to the doctor!

Dr Hill is very knowledgable and listens.

I was the one in the waiting room and still had to wait 16 minutes after my appointment time to get called back.

All of the staff were very tentative to the concerns that i had with all the issues my mom had been having. They were also very friendly.

I was a nervous wreck and everyone I came in contact was very kind and understanding. I could not have asked for better care.

Happy with everything except the wait was too long. It was an early morning appointment and it was almost an hour wait.

I was called to go to the 2nd floor fairly soon but I had to wait in the exam room for an hour before seeing the doctor. It was my first time to see Dr. Hill he was very nice and I believe he will be a very good doctor for me thank you

The staff was exceptional, and it was a very quick and easy process.

Scheduled appointment was precious and the attendant was quick to call me back. Procedure was explained and there were no issues

The test results that we were given were illegible. We might as well not been given any results since they can't be read.

Wait time was a little frustrating.

I was very pleased to see the doctor. He was very polite to me. When I had a question he answered it in a nice manner and the doctor had a lot of respect for me that I do really appreciate I felt very comfortable seeing him and I would love to see him again when I have another doctor appointment.

Dr. Roger Hill is the best!

I had a cardiac calcium score at NEA, and I was not shown the pictures . The technician at St. Bernard's showed me the pictures on the computer and explained my results carefully, but also answered a couple questions , and wanted me to understand that this is one test for a risk of heart attack, but that there are others to be aware of. My husband and I will not go to another cardiology group.

I would have liked to have more time to adk questions.

Long waiting time.

Test was done efficiently and results carefully explained. Just as expected!

Don't care for having to travel to Batesville for appointments. Although he gave me a good report Doc didn't seem to be on point. Couldn't tell me how many stents I now have or when I got them.

Only complaint was the wait, which i realize was out of their control. But 1 hr and 45 minutes in a small room staring at 4 walls by myself did get to me. I was ready to get out.

I think that Dr. Hill and his staff are as good a carer as anyone could ever hope for when they're seeing a physician. They're knowledgeable and they tend to care about their patients. Thank you. Bye.

Every trip takes longer than it should. Short visit with anything and more waiting than help. Also get same diagnosis as I've gotten for years.

The person that performed the test was very informative and treated me as a valued patient.

It would be nice when the doctor orders tests that they would be scheduled in just a few days and not having to wait and wait.

I'm glad that I showed up 30 minutes early. The first floor was crowded with people waiting for their number to be called so they could get to the second floor for their appointment. It was hectic but I finally got checked in with five minutes to spare. I've been there a few times with my husband and have never seen it so full of people waiting to check in. The associates were doing a great job getting people checked in.
