Wait time was a little frustrating.

I was very pleased to see the doctor. He was very polite to me. When I had a question he answered it in a nice manner and the doctor had a lot of respect for me that I do really appreciate I felt very comfortable seeing him and I would love to see him again when I have another doctor appointment.

Dr. Roger Hill is the best!

I had a cardiac calcium score at NEA, and I was not shown the pictures . The technician at St. Bernard's showed me the pictures on the computer and explained my results carefully, but also answered a couple questions , and wanted me to understand that this is one test for a risk of heart attack, but that there are others to be aware of. My husband and I will not go to another cardiology group.

I would have liked to have more time to adk questions.

Test was done efficiently and results carefully explained. Just as expected!

Don't care for having to travel to Batesville for appointments. Although he gave me a good report Doc didn't seem to be on point. Couldn't tell me how many stents I now have or when I got them.

Only complaint was the wait, which i realize was out of their control. But 1 hr and 45 minutes in a small room staring at 4 walls by myself did get to me. I was ready to get out.

I think that Dr. Hill and his staff are as good a carer as anyone could ever hope for when they're seeing a physician. They're knowledgeable and they tend to care about their patients. Thank you. Bye.

Every trip takes longer than it should. Short visit with anything and more waiting than help. Also get same diagnosis as I've gotten for years.

The person that performed the test was very informative and treated me as a valued patient.

It would be nice when the doctor orders tests that they would be scheduled in just a few days and not having to wait and wait.

I'm glad that I showed up 30 minutes early. The first floor was crowded with people waiting for their number to be called so they could get to the second floor for their appointment. It was hectic but I finally got checked in with five minutes to spare. I've been there a few times with my husband and have never seen it so full of people waiting to check in. The associates were doing a great job getting people checked in.

Always kind and caring about their patients

Everyone was really nice. The doctor was great. He listened to my wife and I , answered any questions and explained my condition and testing he was going to order very well.

I have he best team of cardiologist taking care of me. I'd highly recommend them all to anyone.

Hello, yes, went to visit, that was the first time. It was, Dr. Hill was recommended by another doctor and could not have been more satisfied with the service, the treatment, the personalities of everyone. They were just incredible. And I just couldn't say enough about them. I've already referred him to other people, and my first visit was not just that long ago. Explained everything in a way I could understand

Everyone was nice. Dr Hill explained in detail the procedures I was going to have next. When the office calls and gives me the date and time for the procedures I will definitely be there. (redacted)

I called to request an appointment, since we didn't have a 6 months or 12 months follow up after having stints. We waited 2 weeks before we received a call. My request was never passed on to the proper person.

Everything went good

It was a very pleasant experience under the condition that I came in. Everybody was appropriately nice, caring, informative. I couldn't ask for a better experience with the people that I came in contact with, the doctors, nurses, and so on. And yes, I will come back again.

Dr. Hill is attentive and kind. He listened carefully to all concerns and made my mom feel taken care of. His nurse Mercedes is second to none! She is thorough and confident and great at her job leaving no questions unanswered.

Different. No fault of the provider the "system" seems to be broken concerning medical history.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 am. I was taken to the exam room at 10:40 am and the physician finally came in at 11:35 am. I think this wait was excessively long. The physician was in the room approximately 5 minutes. The clinical staff were friendly.

I had a good visit. Would recommend them to other people.
