Dr. Guinn is the best. He's very thorough, always answers my questions, and knows my health issues very well. I very much like the healthcare that I get at Saint Bernards in Highland.

I was able to have my lab drawn very quickly, and by friendly staff ,with very little waiting.

The man who drew my blood for lab was the best I've ever seen. He was quick and it did not hurt. I told him that he treated me like he would his own grandmother and we had a nice conversation while he worked.

I just thought because I haven't been to a doctor in so long that more bloodwork would have been taken to test for things like stds. I also still haven't started the new depression medicine because I'm hesitant to have two different people prescribing different depression medicines without consulting one another.

Dr Guinn takes time to listen to you. You can tell he really cares about his patients. He a fairly new doctor for me and I have been very pleased with him. I would recommend him to others.

It is extremely hard to find a doctor that actually listens to their patients, and I feel like it has been years and years since I have found a doctor that goes above and beyond to help me throughout my medical journey. It's been a rough year and a half since I've been coming here, and the whole entire staff is amazing in more ways than one. They're very helpful. Dr. Gwen and his nurse, Jessie, have been such an amazing support system for me.

Everyone was so nice and treated me like I was special.!!! I explained I was early that I had to take my wife to an eye specialist and they worked me in I am glad I am with St. Bernard care.

Was sent to have a procedure at imaging center that wasn't for me. Took 2hrs before I was allowed to leave because they couldn't get a correct response from Dr office. Wrong chart. Not once but twice, was then referred to Baptist for another procedure the next day that wasn't not for me!

Dr Guinn is always on top of things and is very good at what he does. Thanks to the staff at First Cate. The Lab Dept was very good.

He is obviously a very talented and proficient physician. He immediately puts you at ease, very thorough and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and feel very confident in his ability to provide excellent advice for my health care. This is very comforting and I look forward to receiving excellent guidance and care from him. I'm very grateful that he accepted me as a patient and for the first time in a long time l feel comfortable knowing l have a wonderful doctor.

Dr Guinn is super! With antibiotics, steroids and codeine cough syrup, I felt better within a day or two. Green sputum is gone and any remaining is pretty clear. Wheezing is much less - even though I have asthma. Thank you, Dr. Guinn.

I would like to let you know when you call and ask to speak to the Doctors Nurse they should call you back. I do have the portal to ask questions and after a week of trying to get my medicine refilled it finally got done. Not everyone has the portal. There are some of my medicine that I don't need to miss. It is not fun to try to work and you are crying having bad mood swings. Some of us that are older don't or can't use the portal because they don't know how or does not have internet. Just saying.

When I have called to ask a question, have any kind of things refilled, or try to get through to make an appointment, it takes way too long for anyone to answer the telephone. Sometimes it rings so long I just have to hang up and call back way later and I might get the same thing again. I just think that the telephone service could be like 100% better than what it is. That's my main concern.

I never had a problem getting an appointment. The staff always treat you with kindness and respect.

My only complaint was that I didn't get my test results. Nobody called to tell me. I was able to check them on the portal, so I knew that I had COVID, but nobody even bothered to call me to tell me that that was a positive test. I think somebody had a failure there. But other than that, great visit. Thank you guys for your help.

Dr. Guinn is always so caring and kind to me and anytime I need to ask any questions like I did during this visit he always meets my needs. Everyone at this clinic is cordial to me. My youngest son even comes to Dr. Guinn. He carries on the legacy of his father because he was my doctor until he retired. I commend those types of actions because I am 67 now and it means the world to me. (redacted)

This was my first appointment with Dr. Guinn, so technically he was not aware of my past medical history (just saying....). But he was welcoming and helpful, listening to my list of past medical issues and responding in a way that gave me confidence in his future care.

Daniela, who took my vital signs, was delightful. The phlebotomist was gentle. Dr. Guinn was professional and good at listening. He didn't seemed rushed, and I liked that he spoke clearly and projected a strong voice. I recommend him without reservation.

I was in immense pain due to back spasms. Everyone treated the situation with urgency to relieve my pain. I was very well cared for.

I was very disappointed today. I saw my doctor 1.5 hours after my scheduled time. I spent two hours in total waiting for my visit.

My name is (redacted). Anytime I call the office, the girls are always, always willing to help me get an appointment as soon as possible to see Dr. Gwen. And Dr. Gwen is an amazing, fabulous doctor. Dr was rushed and short as usual, nurse was very pleasant when taking vitals, people at station who drew blood were busy sharing their thoughts on a magazine article about a house so I moved over to be more in their line of sight and after about 5 minutes I started reading a magazine and overheard the bored and inconvenienced comment from one that they would take care of me. It is extremely frustrating that I only need my blood pressure medicine refilled but have to go through this and never feel like I'm getting quality care.
