I began running a fever of 103 off and on for three days, two days after my visit not sure if it was a side effect from the vaccine shot or what it was.

Overall good experience

I don't have any objections except I would like a colonoscopy if I could and eventually an MRI on my head and AEG on my heart. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints or anything like that or maybe test my poop or something like that for cancer or whatever you can do or colonoscopy. Otherwise, I'm fine. Yeah.

Dr. Guinn is so knowledgeable and up-to date on everything related to his practice.

After my results came in for bloodwork, Dr. Guinn had me re-do the bloodwork because of levels. He then had the office call to make sure I was okay because he has concerns with what is going on with me. I can't remember the last time a Doctor was so invested in a patient

I refused employer paid healthcare bc I'd have had to change my provider. Dr Guinn always listens to me and makes an informed decision, but I also feel that my opinion is considered. If it were up to me, I'd never change to any other PCP.

Dr Guinn, is the first GP I've had that I felt actually listened to understand and not just respond.

Reception and staff treat you with respect. Listen to your issues, assist with scheduling of future appointments and review how previous appointments were handled. Great group of staff and nurses at the Highland Office.

Moved back to Memphis in 2020 but kept my Dr. Guinn and St.Bernard's Healthcare. The best.

Dr. Guinn is the best. He's very thorough, always answers my questions, and knows my health issues very well. I very much like the healthcare that I get at Saint Bernards in Highland.

I was able to have my lab drawn very quickly, and by friendly staff ,with very little waiting.

The man who drew my blood for lab was the best I've ever seen. He was quick and it did not hurt. I told him that he treated me like he would his own grandmother and we had a nice conversation while he worked.

That I am happy with my end results

I just thought because I haven't been to a doctor in so long that more bloodwork would have been taken to test for things like stds. I also still haven't started the new depression medicine because I'm hesitant to have two different people prescribing different depression medicines without consulting one another.

Dr Guinn takes time to listen to you. You can tell he really cares about his patients. He a fairly new doctor for me and I have been very pleased with him. I would recommend him to others.

It is extremely hard to find a doctor that actually listens to their patients, and I feel like it has been years and years since I have found a doctor that goes above and beyond to help me throughout my medical journey. It's been a rough year and a half since I've been coming here, and the whole entire staff is amazing in more ways than one. They're very helpful. Dr. Gwen and his nurse, Jessie, have been such an amazing support system for me.

Everyone was so nice and treated me like I was special.!!! I explained I was early that I had to take my wife to an eye specialist and they worked me in I am glad I am with St. Bernard care.

Was sent to have a procedure at imaging center that wasn't for me. Took 2hrs before I was allowed to leave because they couldn't get a correct response from Dr office. Wrong chart. Not once but twice, was then referred to Baptist for another procedure the next day that wasn't not for me!

Dr Guinn is always on top of things and is very good at what he does. Thanks to the staff at First Cate. The Lab Dept was very good.
