It was just a good experience. Nobody likes to go to Dr's. But this office wasn't bad.

St. Bernard's is a great hospital,,,

Not enough people there to take care of the situation so I have to go out of town

Could not of had better care anywhere.

We love our cross ridge hospital!

Been coming here since 2019 and have never had a bad experience, made me feel comfortable every time

Very nice - close to home

Everyone was great however the nurse although she was polite and professional seemed like she was weaned on a lemon. This is the second time I have had her do my intake and both times was the same. Makes me feel like I'm invading her space.

Generally, all staff overall encountered at the heart clinic are kind, polite and helpful. I'd recommend researching why front end staff at many clinics - like dermatology, podiatry, - and first contact staff - nurses/others who take vitals for example - seem to be dissatisfied with their jobs or something and make you feel like it's an inconvenience for them for you to be there.

All around First class treatment

When trying to make my initial appointment, I did not find the appointment desk very helpful.

Excellence did not sit but about 10 minutes. I was there about 35 to 45 minutes, and did not feel they were rushing me if anything the whole time I was there was with the nurse or doctor. Simply Amazing!!'

This was my first visit so there was no way they could have known about my medical history without accessing my PCP's records.

My Doctor was very helpful in getting my treatment options and explained everything fully.

My doctor was knowledgeable, had my best interest with plenty of information provided, and most everyone was respectful, which is most important in my opinion. The office was exceptionally busy during my visit, but I was still in and out in around an hour without much difficulty or challenges.

The facilities were clean and everyone was on time.

Dr. Younis was very attentive. I was so nervous but he was not condescending or impatient with me.

I appreciate the professional care and insight that focuses on me as a unique individual with cares and concerns.

My blood pressure was 180/101 when checked my the nurse. That was the only time it was checked. The Dr sent a prescription to a wynne pharmacy for me to pick up . He showed no concern for the reading or making it any lower before I had to drive back to wynne. He was in my room maybe 2 minutes

The lady who preformed the EKG was very good and very efficient.

The staff members was great and the waiting time was remarkable.

There are a lot of good people who work for Heart and Vascular.
