Excellent team

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Younis was great at listening to me and explaining in terms I could understand. I have several tests coming up and he explained them very honestly and quieted my fears. I feel I am in very good and qualified hands.

Dr. Younis listens to what I have to say and takes his time with his feed back so I understand. That means a lot to me.

Once there, I felt special. My only complaint is with the telephone appointment people. AND the fact the "supervisor" refused to give me her last name reinforced my opinion of them.

The only bad experience is they want you to get there 20 minutes early and then you sit there waiting for a hour forty five minutes waiting on the doctor.

Appointment wait time was faster than normal, but walls are very thin.

I greatly appreciated everyone there! They were super kind and answered every single question I asked. They treated me very kindly and didn't get upset with me asking 100 questions. They wanted to make sure I understood everything and I greatly appreciated that so much! Keep up the outstanding work! Thank you all so much!

They reduced my Eliquis to 1 month as it had been 3 months. 1 month = $12.90 which was the same price as a 3 month script. needs to go back to the 3 month

Very nice - close to home

Everyone was great however the nurse although she was polite and professional seemed like she was weaned on a lemon. This is the second time I have had her do my intake and both times was the same. Makes me feel like I'm invading her space.

Generally, all staff overall encountered at the heart clinic are kind, polite and helpful. I'd recommend researching why front end staff at many clinics - like dermatology, podiatry, - and first contact staff - nurses/others who take vitals for example - seem to be dissatisfied with their jobs or something and make you feel like it's an inconvenience for them for you to be there.
