Well, this was my initial visit, and I was very satisfied and was happy to meet the staff and meet everyone, and I hope to get this. I was selected in as my PCP for quite a while, and I just think that we're off to a good start. I greatly appreciate you all, and no complaints whatsoever. I think it was a wonderful initial meeting. Dr. Nathan Tripod is a shining example of how a doctor should be. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. He is willing to take the time to listen and answer every question. He doesn't just throw medicine at you he comes up with a plan, be it medication, lifestyle changes, diet changes ect. I will keep coming back to use him as my primary care provider as long as he is around. The staff up front and who answer the phones are always very polite and never act like you're a bother when you need to call a few times for whatever reason and always sound eager to help. The same with the nurses that I have dealt with, always very polite and professional, everyone treats me as a individual and not just another person to rush in and rush out like other places I've been to. You can tell all the staff really do care and that is very importan. So a big thank you to the doctor and all the staff you car made my health journey that much easier to getting to a normal life.

Everyone at this facility treated us so well. We were confident to go home and care for our daughter with clear instructions. Everyone was so kind and patient with our daughter and encouraged her by telling her how brave she was being. The experience and compassion we received made the whole process a little less stressful. We can't thank them enough for their care and kindness.

I'm a RN but don't work in the clinic setting. This was my first appointment at this clinic. I am having to change PCP due to insurance reasons. I did find it odd to have a PCT taking my medical history instead of a LPN/RN. Dr N Tripod had a medical student with him which I think is great. She did a great job with me before I saw him. This was also my first encounter with Dr Tripod. It's alway nerve wracking changing to a new PCP (especially since he is a newer physician as well) after seeing my prior PCP for around 18 years. Overall everything was a great experience. I knew it would take longer than normal being that it was my first visit. I felt very welcomed into the clinic and had great care. I will continue to see Dr Tripod.

Dr. Tripod was awesome and his resident student was awesome as well she will be a great doctor. Definitely happy I switched to him.

My physician was on vacation, so i saw one of his colleagues. I was very pleased with his knowledge and bed side manner when he was examining me. Impressive

They are very professional

Nurse assistants please turn down the radio and check in the patients occasionally if it's taking a long time. We do t care for your blaring music if we don't feel good. Don't sit outside the room joking around when the patient is getting impatient because of a long wait. Issues cause delays. This is going to happen. Just keep us informed.

I am so thankful for my new PCP. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened and answered all my questions and gave me a great plan for next steps. He was very personable and seemed to really care about his patients.

My doctor is great

Everyone was professional & nice. The problem was having to wait a long time in the exam room for the Doctor. This was very uncomfortable, especially when not feeling well.

Dr Nathan Tripod is above and beyond the best doctor I've met. He takes the time needed and educated me well even though I work in medicine. His whole staff is very friendly and helpful. St Bs got a good one. All doctors need to treat people this way. 100 stars!

At first care, they treat you like you are a real person and they really, really listen. They never talk down to you. They never treat you like you don't have any sense. But the big thing is they listen and they treat you like you're a whole person. And that is huge. And I just, I love it. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Everyone was very helpful, nice and considerate. Dr. Tripod help me with some issues I have been dealing with for quite a while. I am very thankful for his service.

This was my first visit to a St. Bernard health care facility. My experience was great and I think I have found the perfect new PC.

Very good experience. Dr. Nathan Tripod was very generous with his time and made me feel very comfortable.

The receptionist didn't have to be so rude about me leaving my $200 Ray-Ban's in the room when I left, she told my significant other of their only glasses. Other than that, everything went OK.

My long term PCP was unfortunately out sick when the day & time of my previously scheduled semi annual wellness & med review appointment. I was asked if I was willing to see a new provider on staff or my PCP's APN. I was actually familiar with the name of the new staff physician from my employ at another NE Ark.area hospital & chose to see him I was highly pleased with his attentiveness to my health history, review of medical history & routine & PRN meds review. At the end of my visit I requested the office to make a notation in my record that if my long term PCP was out sick in the future or chose to retire, that I would readily accept to be seen by this new physician - or if required, him be my & my spouses newly assigned PCP. VERY pleased. 10+/10

Nurses are great also

Everybody was extremely nice. I felt like the nurse was actually listening to me. Dr. Tripod was the nicest doctor I've ever seen. Really felt like he cared about my health and how I'm feeling. He took the time to listen instead of pushing me out the door. Very happy I switched to him as a PCP.

New doctors Nathan and Shelby Tripod are an excellent addition to the St Bernards team. We came to St Bernard specifically looking for a DO. WE LOVE the fact that there is a husband wife team who can address our large families needs for both male and female doctors!

Drs nurses and office assistants were so friendly and attentive!!
