Dr Tripod always takes the time to listen to whatever concerns I have. He always give straightforward advice and answers.

I was looking for a new PCP and we like St Bs and most of our Doctors are at St Bs. We use the StB urgent care on Parker and we live really close to the hospital, so it just made sense. I feel confident that Nathan Tripod is going to help me get healthier and get my BP under control. Super psyched I got paired with him as my Physician!

Primary care doctor was booked up... I was scheduled a First visit with Nathan Tripod .. Dr Tripod was very professional & friendly .. he listened for the reason for my visit .. ask the right questions to obtain the solution... he made arrangements for testing & scheduled follow up

Dr. Nathan Tripod is a shining example of how a doctor should be. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. He is willing to take the time to listen and answer every question. He doesn't just throw medicine at you he comes up with a plan, be it medication, lifestyle changes, diet changes ect. I will keep coming back to use him as my primary care provider as long as he is around. The staff up front and who answer the phones are always very polite and never act like you're a bother when you need to call a few times for whatever reason and always sound eager to help. The same with the nurses that I have dealt with, always very polite and professional, everyone treats me as a individual and not just another person to rush in and rush out like other places I've been to. You can tell all the staff really do care and that is very importan. So a big thank you to the doctor and all the staff you car made my health journey that much easier to getting to a normal life.

Everyone at this facility treated us so well. We were confident to go home and care for our daughter with clear instructions. Everyone was so kind and patient with our daughter and encouraged her by telling her how brave she was being. The experience and compassion we received made the whole process a little less stressful. We can't thank them enough for their care and kindness.

I'm a RN but don't work in the clinic setting. This was my first appointment at this clinic. I am having to change PCP due to insurance reasons. I did find it odd to have a PCT taking my medical history instead of a LPN/RN. Dr N Tripod had a medical student with him which I think is great. She did a great job with me before I saw him. This was also my first encounter with Dr Tripod. It's alway nerve wracking changing to a new PCP (especially since he is a newer physician as well) after seeing my prior PCP for around 18 years. Overall everything was a great experience. I knew it would take longer than normal being that it was my first visit. I felt very welcomed into the clinic and had great care. I will continue to see Dr Tripod.

Dr. Tripod was awesome and his resident student was awesome as well she will be a great doctor. Definitely happy I switched to him.

They are very professional

Nurse assistants please turn down the radio and check in the patients occasionally if it's taking a long time. We do t care for your blaring music if we don't feel good. Don't sit outside the room joking around when the patient is getting impatient because of a long wait. Issues cause delays. This is going to happen. Just keep us informed.

I am so thankful for my new PCP. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened and answered all my questions and gave me a great plan for next steps. He was very personable and seemed to really care about his patients.

My doctor is great

Everyone was professional & nice. The problem was having to wait a long time in the exam room for the Doctor. This was very uncomfortable, especially when not feeling well.

Dr Nathan Tripod is above and beyond the best doctor I've met. He takes the time needed and educated me well even though I work in medicine. His whole staff is very friendly and helpful. St Bs got a good one. All doctors need to treat people this way. 100 stars!

At first care, they treat you like you are a real person and they really, really listen. They never talk down to you. They never treat you like you don't have any sense. But the big thing is they listen and they treat you like you're a whole person. And that is huge. And I just, I love it. I would recommend them without hesitation.
