This appointment had already been made a year in advance, I did not call anyone.

The clinic scheduled my appointment very quickly. All staff were very efficient & very nice. I would recommend St. Bernard's cardiology vascular clinic.

The whole staff was excellent

I don't even know why I went, because I was told to see them, but didn't know why? And Dr rafique didn't know why I was there either. We did an ekg and he wants me to do an echocardimy( spelling needs help, lol)

This is the second time in a month I've visited a St Bernards facility. I think you all wonderful. I couldn't ask for more care and compassion from the associates, doctors and nurses. Everyone is friendly and professional. I drove from Marion and have no problem driving that distance again to receive that special care.

The check in process is as slow as any place I've been to for the amount of people that work there. Then I get in a room finally and get an EKG done just for the nurse practitioner to come in and tell me my test results have not been read yet from my CTA 2 days before and that I would recieve a phone call from a nurse with my results... instead of being called and rescheduled for the results.... So in the end I was there for an hour for nothing and for y'all to do an EKG so that y'all could charge my insurance for an office visit and make money off of it.....

Appreciate the text that list the things needed from the patient that make a visit run smoothly

I really liked my doctor and nurse there. I could easily talk to him. Dr.Rafique is the best.

The facility should not overbook. I understand when the doctor gets held up, but that plus the overbooking caused us to have a wait of over an hour and a half just to get called back to a room.

Yes, I'd like to respond. I've been there every year for my exams and tests and everything. And my doctor said y'all would contact me within two to three days, the results of my echogram. And I would really appreciate it if you would do it within at least four or five days. It gets me worried. But be sure and let me know how my echogram went. without me having to wait a week or two and then call up her and try to find out. Thank you.

Doctor and staff were nothing but GREAT... Felt good about going to St. Bernard's... They all seem to care...

Great health care system ànd I've had the Best Drs.,nurses, and staff that you could ask for. Saint Bernards hospital wound care center on Matthews, cardiology and vascular on oak St outpatient surgery center, the image center, Dermatology on church st.

Nice clinical experience.

Wish we could get appointments made faster , concerning since we don't actually know what's going on. Not really a helpful visit just went over things I already knew. Hoping the next one is more clarifying.

I was a little nervous at first, as this was my first visit to a heart doctor. But that didn't last long. Everyone one was very nice and friendly. DR. Rafique was very nice and made me feel comfortable. He was very easy to understand and very Informative. Thank you. (redacted)

Great health care facility

I felt that the dr was very good at listening to me but I felt slightly rushed. I was hoping for a more detailed explanation of my echocardiogram results because every other Dr has said that the cardiologist would explain it. Now I'm not sure how long I will need to wait to see the EP Cardiologist so that I can ask.

First visit with Dr Rafique. I was pleased with the time he spent with me and his thoroughness. Also, please with the doctor taking time to answer my questions.

I have been feeling much better lately, and I am very thankful for the help of all the doctors that I have seen; however, it seems at times that it is difficult to get individuals to hear what my PROBLEMS are! But if I try and try again I sometimes get heard! I think that some of my problems result from the medications that I am on!

They are great nurses and doctors who care about patients I would go nowhere else (redacted).

Can't find a place to park that's close!

I was unsure of my diagnosis. I was prescribed medication for high blood pressure when my blood pressure was only taken once at the facility and I have never been there before to know my health history. I went in for cardiac clearance for a knee surgery, which they did give me. I have never had high blood pressure before, not saying it may be the start of it, but I wish they would have gave me an alternative to exercise/diet first, before prescribing medicine. I also was not informed how my EKG/ECG was.

I like talking to my doctor he seem to listen to my issue and helping me find out what's going on with me my timing was great I didn't have to wait long and everyone was very supportive
