Dr. Haughey is from Chicago, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and graduated from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1989, where he received the degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Haughey did his residency in foot surgery at Columbus Hospital in Chicago. He is board eligible by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Haughey is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is Board Certified in Foot Surgery.
