Megan Derrer, MD has always been passionate about the NICU. She grew up in the Northeast, and after obtaining her medical degree from St. George’s University, completed her pediatric and neonatology training in the Midwest before heading South. Dr. Derrer has a deep respect and is in awe of the strength of families with babies in the NICU. She considers it a true privilege to walk this often unexpected journey with the smallest patients and their families. Every day, Dr. Derrer strives to provide the best care for her patients. Outside of work, Dr. Derrer enjoys spending time with her family, reading, building Lego structures, and exploring new places.
