There was nothing better that y'all could do. Everybody was extremely nice. There was a delay send the physician, but not as bad as at other places. Everybody treated me wonderful. The person who called to set appointment scared me tremendously that i had leukemia. The doctor and nurse were totally awesome. I don't want to ever face cancer. If i do i want dr Khalil as my doctor

Dr. Khalil and his nurse were amazing! They were on top of the information and I felt very comfortable and reassured on my diagnosis.

The staff is always so wonderful and kind. My nurse was exceptionally great and my doctor help me understand a lot of stuff and I would recommend her to anyone.

The only small suggestion is there was a change in lab work, i usually go to the lab across the hall but did not know that had changed. The person who drew my blood was extremely friendly and did a great job. He was personable and i would gladly let him take my blood again. The Physician Assistant was very positive, she answered my questions and noted the weight loss i have achieved since the last visit. I felt very positive coming out of the visit. I did enter the visit scared as i do not know what to expect as my situation is dormant and i never know when i will need treatment, they make me feel at ease that i do not panic or worry which is incredibly important. A job well done by all the staff

It was very timely. I did not have to wait past my appt time.

On most visits the wait in the infusion area is extremely long. Several times I was not even seated until an hour or so past my appointment time.

My health care providers at St. Bernard's are the best.

Great medical staff who all seem to work well with each other...

I had to wait a very long time to be seen. My Appointment was at 9:30 am, and I arrived on time. My blood draw was promptly performed. I didn't get into the Exam Room until around 11:30am. Yes, I was appropriately apologized to by both the RN and the Doctor.

They are the BEST!

The cancer center has taken great care of me for the last 7 years and have never had a bad experience but this one was above and beyond I am dealing with a lot of weakness from a recent hospitalization and when I couldn't get myself out of the chair in the exam room they all went above and beyond to help calm me down from the panic attack and embarrassment I was dealing with and jumped right on getting PT to come get me up. This truly meant a lot

I highly recommend St Bernard's Cancer Center. Everyone is wonderful. Dr Khalil and Anesha Washington have taken excellent care of me. They are outstanding along with everyone who works there. The nurses in the infusion lab are wonderful too.

Care has always been given in a respectful, and knowledgeable way and usually in a timely manner.

There seem to be a lot of people working desk jobs and I'm not sure what all each one does and they don't seem to know either. If you call, you have to talk to a dozen people before you are finally connected to someone that knows anything.

My dr is the best ever...He is so knowledgeable and professional. I also see Lori . She is such a blessing to me. Not only does she explain things about my condition , she reassures me that she and Dr. Khalil will be there to help me. Many thanks to all at this clinic!

I love Saint Bernard's everything about there clinics and hospitals are very good. They are very courteous and very kind. They care about you and I really know because I have had an experience to prove They really do care with tye upper most respect.

Everything is fine, except the wait times. The wait for blood then to see a doctor then the wait to actually start receiving treatment is very long.

I go to the cancer center to have a phlebotomy every two weeks. The infusion room is typically full with patients. The staff there seems to really care about what they are doing and always treat me well. My issues are miniscule compared to all the others in there. It makes you think about life and what you need to be thankful for.

Very nice staff and that makes things go a lot better.

The St. Bernards Cancer Center does an excellent job of taking care of its patients care wise. I take a friend to NEA Cancer Center. They provide each patient receiving treatment with private cubicles and much better snacks. St. Bernards provides a much better medical care though. Given a choice, I would definitely go with St. Bernards I just thought you would like to know that the snacks at St. Bernards need a big upgrade.
