My appointment was 10:30am, but didn't get to see the doctor until over an hour later.

Dr Arroyo is amazing!! He saw me while I was in the hospital when admitted.. put me on 2 meds.. he said "to try to keep me out of the hospital ". Saw him yesterday..now he says I'm doing good.. no changes..(PS.. i have not had to be back in the hospital) All staff had smiles on their faces . Thank you!! Love the people at the Hospital!

Excellent service, very professional, I am very grateful.

Usually when I check-in. There is a long wait to check-in and then once I go up to the floor to see the doctor it is a very, very long wait.

Health-wise, everything was fine, but I and other people that I know have had trouble trying to schedule or reschedule or get a coordination between what the doctor says appointment's going to be on a certain day and you check back with scheduling and they have it listed for a different day. And I get the same thing with letters. I get a letter that says day X, but then the doctor tells me it's another day. So y'all need to coordinate more or hire more people or something because I've heard this from even staff in the hospital that it's hard to get information back from the cardiovascular clinic people. In fact, the quote was, they have a 24-hour hotline, but it takes a lot longer. It takes a long time to get back to you. Let's put it that way.

Everyone and everything was perfect.

The two RN's in post op area were excellent. Can't remember their names. Needed more information on additional procedure. Removed lipoma from spermatic cord. Needed post op inst. Hematuria with clots, dysuria night of surgery. Post op days 2, Edema and bruising, painful scrotum. We knew to expect hematuria/discomfort re: catheter during surgery.

Yes, I'd just like to say the staff treated me good and professional, and the doctor was accurate, very knowledgeable, and had good manners and stuff, and he was very professional, and he knew a lot about my case and my situation, and treated me very well. I saw Dr. Arroyo in the heart and vascular clinic and as always he is very professional and very thorough. I'm very glad that we have him in the Jones World area so that we don't have to travel out of town or even out of state for a competent cardiologist. Thanks.

I appreciate the service and Dr. Arroyo is always great. I know a lot of people go through the facility each day and everyone was nice. A more personable experience from those performing procedures could be achieved by discussing aspects of the procedure while it's happening.

Doctor and nurses were knowledgeable. They knew my history and what was current in my chart. Doctor Arroyo discussed in detail aspects of my test and treatment plan. My appointment was scheduled at 9.30. I got there at nine. It was very efficient, and I was out of there at 10.30 in time for me to get to a different appointment. And they knew what they were doing. They did it in an efficient way, and I was very happy with my service. Thank you.

But yes, your doctors and nurses there and them, like that, they are excellent. You could not beat them. But in y'all's emergency room, it is awful. They don't have no respect and they could care less about you down there. There's something needs to be done. Thank you.

It took 2.5 hours for a 10-15 minute dr. Visit. That is not good!

The care that you give is always top shift, from the receptionist desk when you first come in, to filling out the insurance papers, to dealing with the nurses, the nurses of the doctors that actually are the ones that you make first contact with. Everything is very professional, very nice, very courteous, and the human experience is awesome. Thank you.

My appointment was at 8am and I spent very little time waiting. It was nice to get through a medical appointment so quickly.

Only bad thing was appointment was at 10:45am and I went in after 12:00 pm And I was there 30 minutes early I won't be waiting that long again!!

Everyone was nice and respectful. I know this doctor is very knowledgeable and very good at his profession. But his bedside manner, is not great at all. He stopped me in mid conversation, and told he asks the questions in the room. He could tell my shock in his comment and said "Do I offend you ". I told him to proceed, just to move the awkward situation along. I have never had a doctor act this way.

My Doctor was supposed to set me up for a shoulder replacement & I haven't heard anything from him. It's been almost a week now. Otherwise everything is very good..

Tell the to respect the patients and not compare to their other patients because all patients are different. I didn't like being compared to another patient Dr. Arroyo had just seen.

I was treated very poorly by Dr Arroyo and I will not be back. Im just glad my husband was there to witness his belittling, mocking and just bad attitude towards me as I attempted to explain my heart issues and what i thought. He talked over me, interrupted and did not listen carefully. He asked my twice to define the difference between palpitations and arrhythmias in a mocking attitude. I only received an apology after I called him out on his horrible behavior towards me. I came seeking help, but I ended up with an upsetting and bad experience. Do people really pay to get berated by that man? He got all he's getting from me.

At the appointment the doctor accused me of not taking my medication on time, he would not listen to the fact that I'm on Medicare and only have so many slots per month and due to taking SEVERAL medications prescribed by different doctors due to my health problems. Therefore my medication must be staggered. I don't have money to pay out of pocket. However I was belittled and the comment was made that apparently my health is not important. It is VERY important to me! I'm doing my best, however, I am stuck between a rock and hard place. I'm limited by the amount of slots available and the amount of prescriptions. I'm constantly appealing DHS's decisions. This bothers me GREATLY about having to stagger my meds , then to be accused of not taking care of my health or to be belittled.

Everyone was polite, courteous and professional.

Most nurses were good, but there was a total lack of communication between them, and housekeeping was horrible. The doctors are great, but the communication between all departments definitely failed. Thank you.

Long wait in waiting room

Dr. Arroyo is always concerned, asks good questions, and is interested in my answers. Cudos also to the young woman who did my echo.

Very overcrowded, overscheduled, lack of chairs and staff to accommodate.
