Dr. Sifford explained what was complicated to me in a way I could grasp without confusion.

Dr. Sifford is actually a doctor who sits and listens to your questions and what you have to say. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable just like talking to someone you've known a long time. I got some answers from him I was not able to get at my other pulmonologist. I visited him for my first time and I'm now going to keep him as my pulmonologist.

I liked Dr. Sifford. He was very down-to-earth and did not make me feel like what I said did not matter.

The staff and faculty of the office are a high quality staff. I've seen some of the doctors there for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed by any of the care given by these doctors and nurses and APRNs and PAs and I have never had any trouble with them. They've always taken care of me.

I can't say enough good things about this pulmonology team. They treated me with empathy, expertise, and genuine respect. Instead of feeling rushed or dismissed, I felt heard. They explained things in a way I could understand, checked in about my comfort, and helped me navigate every step of my care. I'm incredibly grateful for the level of attention and compassion I received.

Only problems is kitchen staff. Not receiving my food at all half time I was there in 4 days . Had to eat a cold sandwich the nurses gotten me.

Dr Sifford and the vitals nurse were very personable, friendly and professional.

Has been a good experience everytime I have been there.

The receptionist is always welcoming and friendly, as well as accommodating. Waiting time can sometimes be excessive due to the amount t if people they have and are short staffed, but yesterday was less than thirty minutes. I've waited almost two hours in there.
