The staff and faculty of the office are a high quality staff. I've seen some of the doctors there for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed by any of the care given by these doctors and nurses and APRNs and PAs and I have never had any trouble with them. They've always taken care of me.

I can't say enough good things about this pulmonology team. They treated me with empathy, expertise, and genuine respect. Instead of feeling rushed or dismissed, I felt heard. They explained things in a way I could understand, checked in about my comfort, and helped me navigate every step of my care. I'm incredibly grateful for the level of attention and compassion I received.

Only problems is kitchen staff. Not receiving my food at all half time I was there in 4 days . Had to eat a cold sandwich the nurses gotten me.

Dr Sifford and the vitals nurse were very personable, friendly and professional.

I have never had to wait long in the lobby or for the dr. I am very pleased with this office I was dreading goimg when I was told to go there but it has been a good experience.

Got in quickly. Dr Sifford listened and answered questions. He made sure to make a follow up appointment in 3 months to see how I'm doing.

Has been a good experience everytime I have been there.

The receptionist is always welcoming and friendly, as well as accommodating. Waiting time can sometimes be excessive due to the amount t if people they have and are short staffed, but yesterday was less than thirty minutes. I've waited almost two hours in there.

Everybody deserves improvement, but Mark Sifford is the best lung doctor I've ever seen in my life, and that's about all I've got to say about that.

I was pleased with my first visit. Dr. Sissard (Sifford) answered most of my questions before I asked them.

Dr. Sifford is a wonderful person and Pulmonologist! He listens. The Techs do a great job as well.

I just want you to let everybody know that everybody's great at the clinic and at the hospital. You can ask for better people, better service, and better care. And I always try to meet everybody with a smile and always say, hi, how are you doing and everything? Have a nice day. I would write to you guys at the top of a can and more if I could. But everything is great.

The nursing staff was very, very good. Very polite. And I would recommend the nursing staff there. That's it. Or do whatever, we're done. That's my last one. I gave the nursing staff a really.

The tech for ct wasn't very friendly at all.

This was my son's first time to meet Dr.Sifford although I have known him for years. He was very patient with my son who is autistic. He answered all questions in a way my son could understand and he made him feel comfortable in a stressful situation

Hello, my name is (redacted). I am (redacted). I have known Dr. Sifford over 30 years. He was my doctor, also a pulmonologist during COVID, when I had COVID. And I'm a nurse. I'm a registered nurse of over 30-something years. Dr. Sifford is amazing. He sat down and talked with (redacted), put him at ease, put myself and my daughter with us at ease. He said he would do his best to figure out what was going on with (redacted) regarding his sleep disorder. I have high praises for Dr. Sifford . He is wonderful. He's a professional. He's kind. He's considerate. And he is very, most of all, he is just an amazing man. I thank God for him working at St. Bernard's Clopton Clinic, and he is a wonderful person.

I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment and I still waited an hour in the waiting room and then waited 45 minutes in the exam room waiting for the physician to come in. Ridiculous!!!
