Dr. Hurst and her staff are always punctual which I appreciate so much. Dr. Hurst was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything where I could understand it easily. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed.

Happy they have a cancellation list. Called in November for appointment and nothing until January. Was not aware have to say specifically why you want to come in. I assumed, yes I told them I had a spot on my hand , but figured I would have the body scan just to check . Have to make another appointment for that. I have a handicapped husband and have to get a sitter for me to drive an hour and a half just to get there.

The staff at St. Bernard's Dermatology could not have been more patient. My two year-old son did not want to sit still or cooperate, and both the nurse and Dr. Hurst assured me that they were Moms themselves and they understood it is challenging for children to sit still during visits. It was encouraging to know that they could relate.

I do not like them sending me a text message telling me to be at our appointment 20 minutes early but they don't open the doors till 7:55. The check out woman at our last appointment was not friendly. She did not greet us or anything. It was very difficult to work with her to schedule our next appointment since it was the week of Thanksgiving I absolutely love the doctor my son has. She is keeping us at this clinic

Dr Mallory Hurst is very smart at her job!!!! My husband and I both use her. We live in Helena and travel to Jonesboro for our care.

Dr. Mallory Hurst is great. The only problem I had was getting an appointment. I called to tell them that some spots had not been removed completely from my last visit, which was a couple of months ago. And one was really bothering me. And they scheduled me a couple of months out. And I had to call twice to see if there were any openings for an earlier time and no one offered to put me on the short call list. I called again and suggested that I be put on the short call list. So I think that's where maybe the front office could improve. I worked at a dental office for years and I know we kept a running list in case we had cancellations so we could always call and get people in.

The staff member that checked my child in was less than friendly. She was somewhat curt and did not smile at all, never. Everyone else was friendly. The staff member at the check out was very courteous, helpful and friendly.

Dr. Hurst is a great physician. I'm always happy with my appointments with her. She is very smart, very caring, very helpful, and answers all my questions, and I feel the same way about her staff. So anyway, it was a great experience, and I'm very pleased with Dr. Hurst and the whole dermatology experience. Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

I never seen the person before that checked me in, but she spoke like she was a recording and never made eye contact with me. I know everyone is busy but ask her to be more approachable. I know there is no time for chit-chat but make the patient feel like they are a person and not a bother.

Dr Hurst was incredible. I have a complicated medical history and she took the time to listen and gave prompt feedback back. She acknowledged that she would need to find out more information about the type of immunotherapy I had received recently to determine if that might be a possible cause of my skin issue. She took biopsies and will let me know more about how to proceed after those are tested. My experience was wonderful and I truly appreciate her attention to detail and concern for my health..

Dr.Hurst and her nurse are wonderful. However, the front desk clerks are extremely rude every time I go on. I even observed one of them hand up and roll their eyes about taking a phone call.

I have very bad anxiety issues so I hate going to the doctor, but this clinic is amazing. The receptionist was very friendly, the nurse who took my vitals was so understanding and sweet and my doctor was thorough and kind. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We came early - checked in went to the seating - I was called back to see the doctor immediately - went to the room - young lady asked me a few questions - as soon as she shut the door the doctor and her nurse stepped in ! Dr. Hurst was smiling the nurse was smiling, appeared calm and happy! Dr Hurst knew what I was there for - shaved off one area - I asked her to look at a couple things - Dr Hurst said they were OK - I believe her impeccably - I have told my family and friends if they need a dermatologist she's my huckleberry! Best office visit ever - Fast, happy , smiling staff ! Could not have a better doctor appointment!

Dr. Hurst and her nurses are the best. I love having them on my med team. The front staff are very unprofessional and even rude at times. I feel they should be as compassionate and caring as Dr. Hurst is. After all, they are the first representative of Dr. Hurst that a patient comes in contact with.

Dr. Hurst was great. I realize that she doesn't have a lot of time allotted for each patient appointment, but she was very kind to address two additional concerns I had at the same time she performed my routine skin check. The front desk admissions clerks didn't seem thrilled to be there, but maybe they were having an off day.

I would like Dr.Hurst to know how much I appreciate her seeing me in a timely manner and for her thoroughness during my exam. She made sure all questions were answered and setup my follow up appointment at a convenient interval. Check in and check out were smooth as well.

I was very pleased with how on schedule my appointment was. I didn't have to wait long at all.

I had an appt that was kinda way out, a Great thing was, they have wait list/or trying to keep their schedule full and received a call and got in the next day!

I am a little hard of hearing. The person at reception desk needs to speak up. She was sitting down below the window, and also there was a wall in front of her. So, therefore I had a hard time hearing her when she called my name.

Feel very content with DR Hurst's knowledge and history of my body~ what more could I ask for?

Dr. Hurst is an excellent doctor but her office staff is very rude, so much so that I would change providers if I didn't think so highly of Dr. Hurst. Nurses are kind also- it's just the check in crew that needs an attitude adjustment.

Everything was fine

I was there for a stitch removal, When I called I told them I needed an appt with Dr. Hurst. Instead of the dr. they gave me a nurse. She couldn't get the stitch out so ended up the Dr, had to be pulled away from patients and remove the stitch. In a nice way she said next time this happens let them know you have some kind of a stitch, not sure what it is called, but I had never heard of it. I felt like I had caused issues with the schedule, it would have been better had the receptionist had knowledge of the medical terms and she could have then scheduled me with the Dr. Just an idea, a person like me never have had stitches like this, I had no clue. Other than this I am so thankful for Dr. Hurst and the staff, they are all exceptional at what they do. Very caring people. Thank you

Reception and nurse were fast, polite, helpful and professional. Doctor gave little to no information and was rushing the appointment. I feel as though I was given the information I already had and was not treated as an individual. It was a waste of time .

Top shelf kind of place. The only suggestion I would have would be to hand out an appointment card when making next years appointment in-office and I wouldn't have to stand there so long putting the date in my calendar on my phone. I'm old!

It was faster than I expected. I guess I was worried for nothing!

The receptionist and the nurses were extremely nice. Once I got inside the room to see the doctor and she came in, everything was extremely rushed. I know what a screening for skin cancer looks like as I've taken several people that I work with out to get it. And it was very, very, very rushed, very clipped and very short. I did not feel as if I had any importance at all I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hello. The first time that I felt like I was hurt during the procedure and I couldn't understand the reason for all the poking to take a blackhead out with a little sharp instrument. And I felt like it just could have been squeezed out. But anyway, I was kind of surprised at that because I've had other procedures done and never felt the pain like I did this last time. And that's it.

Everyone was amazing except the gurl who checked me out & scheduled my appointment for next year. She was rude & apathetic. I don't knuw her name because she didn't gave her name tag on.

Front office staff showed no emotion. Going through the motions. No eye contact. No smile.

My experience with the Dr has been wonderful both times I've been. The front desk and check out area both seemed annoyed at my presence. Zero customer service (or even a normal Acknowledgment). I referred a friend to this clinic because I really love Dr Hurst. She called to make a NP appt and the person who answered the phone acted inconvenienced by her and hesitated to even answer her questions on what type of appt she needed to schedule. I just think there could be improvement in this area

Dr. Hurst, has been very good in the past in taking care of my skin issues. When she feels that her patient needs a surgical dermatology specialist she gets her patient referred asap. I appreciate her honesty when it matters regarding my skin healthcare .

The doctor listened to me and tended to my concerns. She looked over my previous treated areas to make sure everything was taken care of. Spoke to me about the things that will be taken care of in the future.

Top notch treatment.

From start to finish everyone was great. Specifically, Dr. Hurst was very good. She was clear about what she was seeing & told me why & what she needed to do. I didn't answer in a strong affirmative re: telemedicine. In general I think it's great. I feel that for most of my Derm visits it would not be helpful.
