We have been going to Dr. Hurst for several years now and have complete confidence in her and her staffs knowledge, professionalism and treatment.

Dr Hurst was kind and very professional. She was very thorough in explaining treatment and listening to my goals was important to me. I was very pleased with the service I was provided and look forward to relief in the future!

My experience with the dermatology office and Dr. Hurst has always been 10 out of 10.

She is a great Dr. But even as an established patient the first appointment I could get was almost 2 1/2 months out. Luckily there was a cancellation so I got in earlier THIS time.

It was very good. I love Dr. Hurst.

Dr Hurst is very sharp and was able to diagnose my illness and many other local doctors had no idea what it was or how to treat it.

Dr. Hurst & the nurses are wonderful & amazing. The office staff definitely is not great. They do not dress in a professional manner & are not very receptive or polite. The check-out staff has been rude every time I've been to the office.

All the people from the receptionist to Dr. Hurst were friendly to me. I was having some unpleasant problems with my skin. Dr Hurst listened very closely and made me feel much better about my problems. She prescribed a cream and told me if I wasn't better in to weeks to call and let her know. At that time she would follow up with me and go forward with a different treatment.

I have used this clinic for several years and only had one time to complain and it was on a survey and it was a minor . It was with the person who was checking me in. Never had a problem since. I was given a call to discuss it and everything was fine. I really am so pleased with everyone. So very comfortable there.

Great overall experience for me. Dr Mallory Hurst and the nurse who took me back and got my info and vitals were both amazing. The only criticism I would give is toward the front desk staff. They didn't bother me at all but there were a few older patients in the waiting room at the time who were visibly annoying by how loud the girls at the desk were talking about personal things like shopping and YouTube. I'm sure they do a fine job and again it didn't bother me but it did seem to bother other people

Only issue I had was the long wait time for an appointment - I am a new patient. I understand the wait but wish it could have been quicker. Dr. Hurst was amazing!!! She took the time to explain my condition and her treatment plan.

The front desk could act a little happier to see the patients and so could check out.

The question about being treated"unique" is dumb. I don't need to be treated uniquely. I need to be treated medically, respectfully and punctually.

It takes way to long to get an appointment - Dr Mallory is so nice - she explained everything in a way I understood - the young lady that brought my husband and I to the exam rule was really sweet- she charted why I was there and made sure my chart was up to date - office and restrooms were very clean - overall I had a very, very good appointment - I got all my questions answered - Dr Mallory explained everything I needed to do - I have recommended her to several of my friends!

I kept my AllWell dual health insurance to maintain relationship with current doctors, to the detriment of losing over $60/mo in supplemental benefit card. I use that exclusively for groceries giving me only $70/mo now for food.

Happy they have a cancellation list. Called in November for appointment and nothing until January. Was not aware have to say specifically why you want to come in. I assumed, yes I told them I had a spot on my hand , but figured I would have the body scan just to check . Have to make another appointment for that. I have a handicapped husband and have to get a sitter for me to drive an hour and a half just to get there.

The staff at St. Bernard's Dermatology could not have been more patient. My two year-old son did not want to sit still or cooperate, and both the nurse and Dr. Hurst assured me that they were Moms themselves and they understood it is challenging for children to sit still during visits. It was encouraging to know that they could relate.

I do not like them sending me a text message telling me to be at our appointment 20 minutes early but they don't open the doors till 7:55. The check out woman at our last appointment was not friendly. She did not greet us or anything. It was very difficult to work with her to schedule our next appointment since it was the week of Thanksgiving I absolutely love the doctor my son has. She is keeping us at this clinic

Dr Mallory Hurst is very smart at her job!!!! My husband and I both use her. We live in Helena and travel to Jonesboro for our care.

Dr. Mallory Hurst is great. The only problem I had was getting an appointment. I called to tell them that some spots had not been removed completely from my last visit, which was a couple of months ago. And one was really bothering me. And they scheduled me a couple of months out. And I had to call twice to see if there were any openings for an earlier time and no one offered to put me on the short call list. I called again and suggested that I be put on the short call list. So I think that's where maybe the front office could improve. I worked at a dental office for years and I know we kept a running list in case we had cancellations so we could always call and get people in.
