Was very surprised at how quickly my visit was. It was very quick to get in and out but was treated thoroughly. Very pleased.

Dr. Lynch was knowledge of patient's prior test and situation which was helpful. Seemed to genuinely care about patient and how to go forward with plan.

Uh, friendly staff

I didn't have to wait a long time. I was on a room quickly and the Dr. came in the room quickly after the nurse took my information.

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you very comfortable

Dr. Lynch was wonderful explain exactly the procedure for the future. Wish all Dr. would explain specifically the next plan of action or plan of care. Great Customer Service throughout the whole office.

This was first visit with Dr. Lynch. I appreciated his approach and bedside manner. He was informative and also listened to information presented by the patient and caregiver. Dr. Lynch explained things thoroughly and was easily understood.

I was treated very well. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I have never done a video call, so I am unable to give a viable answer to that question.

I had a very good visit. Dr Lynch explained everything & I was pleased with his advice & he seemed really concerned. I would definitely recommend this group to those who might want another's opinion. While the reason for the visit made me anxious, Dr Lynch helped me with that by his knowledge of the problem.

Prompt and easy going

It went well. I appreciated Dr. Logan Lynch very much. He took plenty of time with me. He Answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my up-coming surgery next week.

In my opinion, they speak to you with respect and explain to you what your illness is like and what you cannot do or what you can do.

I always feel well informed and confident after every visit.

The staff was very good. I felt like a hypochondriac with the doctor though. I felt like he really didn't want to be there. He seemed to be in a rush to get out of there.

Everyone was professional , compassionate and made you feel confident in their care for you. I'm so great full for St Bernards !!!
