I love Dr. Shnaekel, she always takes the time to talk to me about any concerns I might have.

Everyone in the office from the front desk to the dr was extremely kind. The only issue I had was in sci. The lady over the phone was not polite. Very short talking, rude and not helpful. I literally almost changed my mind about coming because of her attitude.

All staff were so friendly. Dr. Shnaekel was patient and kind as always.

Dr Schnaekel and her nurse were awesome!! Usually doctors & nursing staff are very curt and don't make niceties, the 2 of them were cracking jokes with me & listening to what I had to say and my concerns. The only issue I may have had was that they both talked super fast so I had a hard time following a lot of what they both said & needed a few things repeated back to me.

Everything else was perfect, expect person who made me appointment and person who call me to confirm my appointment. I am always on time , I don't need a lecture that I have tobe on time. Especially beforehand. And especially when doctor was not on time. I understand she was delivering baby and that was better than good excuse. We have to always celebrate new life.

Love Dr. Shnaekel and her staff. They are very attentive and experts in their field. So very thankful for them.

I appreciated not having to sit and wait but got called back right away. I very much appreciated not being put in a gown and left to sit and wait for a long time for the doctor to come, at other times and offices I have had to sit and freeze waiting for the doctor to come and I hate that so I was thankful that I wasn't done that way this time.

Dr. Shnaekel was very good and listened to me well. She seemed very knowledgeable in our discussion

Scheduling is not very accomodating for future appointments. I asked for a late afternoon appointment, and was given an appointment at 1PM. I'm not sure who could consider that to be "late afternoon"

I was treated nice and found out what I needed to know.

Everyone was super nice, also very quick! Makes going to the doctor pleasant.

They are the best team ever

The wait time was almost nonexistent! I was able to get in and out in a timely manner while also having all of my questions answered!

Dr. Shnaekel was very kind and thorough!! I would recommend her to anyone. She made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel rushed or awkward when she came into the room. Definitely will be using her when I start my family!

Dr. Shnaekel and her staff are the most caring and sweetest individuals I've dealt with in health care. She goes above and beyond to insure you are taken care of and understood. I would recommend anyone and everyone to receive care from her.

Dr Shnaekel is very caring and knowledgeable. She always takes her time to answer all your questions. She is also very thorough. I would recommend her to anyone!

I had a pleasant experience with OBGYN associates. The staff was great and the doctor was great as well.

Check-in and check-out staff need to work on their courtesy and at least pretend they're happy to be there.

The receptionist staff was extremely rude, when I called very concerned about an issue, stated that I didn't take an appt, and I had to call and speak to the office manager and luckily she got it worked out for me! Thank goodness for her!

Everything was great except the gowns that they have disintegrated and left fabric or paper pieces and plastic pieces all over me. They absolutely disintegrated. Horrible gowns. Great service. Even the doctor doesn't like the gown. Terrible purchases on those.

Dr. Kelsey is the best. She's very informative. She takes time to explain things and she really listens to you and is just overall the best doctor.

I don't like the length of time it takes to see a doctor especially one out of town when I have to have a surgery.

Usually things are horrible when it come to everything administrative but things really seem to have turned around! So much so that I wanted to make sure whoever is making changes knows IT IS WORKING!! It was like a totally different clinic!

I have been seeing Dr. Shnaekel for a few years now for my yearly gynecological visit. Unfortunately, recently, St. Bernard's has parted ways with my healthcare carrier, UHC. I had to decide if I wanted to change doctors or pay out of pocket. So, for now, in have chosen to continue to see Dr. Shnaekel. When you feel comfortable and trust someone with your healthcare, especially healthcare as intimate as gynecology, it's hard to change. She is kind and friendly and down to earth but also professional. If I was younger and still in my baby making era, she'd definitely be the doctor for me. I'd say her OB patients are very lucky to have her. I hope eventually things work out and I can continue to see Dr. Shnaekel and use St. Bernard's services and facilities and NOT have to pay out of pocket.

I had scheduled my appointment for 1:15 and it was a first appointment for OBGYN care. I didn't go back into my room till about 1:45. And I didn't get out of my appointment until 3:15 because everything took so long. There were long moments in between talking to nursing staff and my OB that took way too long in my opinion. They requested that I be there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I filled out my all paperwork before my appointment time and I still didn't go back till later. I'm expected to honor my appointment Time by arriving early, but the office is not expected to offer that same courtesy and that's a bit frustrating for a first-time mom.

Dr. Kelsey is the very best. Although I was not there to talk about my 16 year old, Kelsey gave me information I needed. She's so very nice. She listens so well and is just down to earth. She truly makes you feel like you're the only patient she has that day! I have to call her Kelsey because I can't spell her last name!

Not exactly a visit to look forward to but Dr. Shnaekel really put me at ease. She took her time to listen and answer my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Very pleased with my visit!

I was grateful to get me test results so quickly. I felt like they were there to help me correct any problem I had. I felt very informed.

I love my doctor!!!

Everyone was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I noticed in both waiting areas there was a lack of privacy almost. The second smaller, waiting room after you check in is where there's a lot of conversations that you hear out in the hallway next to the patient rooms.

Too big, too busy to be concerned with individual care.

Ultrasound tech was great. Provider seemed to not want to engage in much problem solving about issues. Did not do a physical exam at all

I had a great experience this visit. My wait was reasonable, all staff were friendly and confident in their skills, my provider explained my diagnosis and treatment well and answered all my questions clearly. I did not feel rushed.
