This office has a highly skilled staff. Not only are they friendly before you even make it to the counter with their sweet smiling faces, they also know how to explain their knowledge in ways that make sense to every age. They will help direct you to the proper specialist if they feel you should seek further assistance. Creating a great trust with all of us patients, knowing we will find a way to solve any concerning health puzzles. If there could be more offices with this kind of staff, the world would be able to function a whole lot smoother&society would be able to be more understanding to their own health&well-beings?

Dr. Dow is the type of doctor you only find in a textbook. She is very, very knowledgeable. She's very kind, she truly listens to you and repeats it back to make sure she understands what your needs are and she's very thorough. A few years ago I changed jobs and started working at home. The drive to the doctor's office is a little more than 30 minutes now versus 10 or 15. But it is so worth it to get to see Dr. Dow

A mix up in the time of my appt. I got a call from the call center saying they had overbooked my time and had to reschedule it, 15 minutes before my appointment time. However this was an error on their part. You don't change someone's appointment 15 minutes before their scheduled time.

The clinic helped fix a compounded issue with transitioning from blue cross blue shield and advantage blue cross after retiring from my job.

While i love my Dr. They need more support staff

My appointment was at 10:45 am. It was after 12:00 before I saw the doctor. Was in the exam room for over an hour. Love my doctor, but the process to get an appointment and then see her is awful.

Dr. Julie Dow is amazing

Dr Julie Dow is tops in my book. She listens to my concerns and treats me very well.

I have referred several people to Dr. Dow including two of my adult children so obviously I trust her. The procedure/policy over the clinics to be able to communicate with her or anyone is terrible. The general turn around for a return call from her nurse or anyone nurse for that manner is 2 weeks! That is horrible especially if dealing with health problems of a special needs patient.

Dr. Dow was amazing. I got a prescription that needs a pre-authorization. I left a message yesterday for the nurse to call me. Dr. Dow's out this week, and I still haven't gotten a call, so I could use that. Thank you.

Looking back, I feel that more testing should have been done to determine the root of my problem. More testing, because the meds she prescribed did not take care of the problem. I was also not pleased with the follow up care plan she suggested. For the most part, I have been pleased with my visits up until this point.

This St. Bernard's location has been the most helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I absolutely loved Dr.Julie Dow?? I have been searching for a physician who would help me help maintain not only my health, but a lifelong chronic injury with the maximum quality of life. Believe I've found it in her.

In recovery my blood pressure bottomed out and immediately the nurses knew exactly what to do. My husband and I were very impressed with the quick and accurate care I received.

Everyone is always nice! The office is clean and organized in a way that is pleasing. A nurse (from urgent care side) drew my blood but did not use gloves. She admitted that she doesn't use gloves with IV or blood draws. She cleaned her palpating finger with an alcohol swab, which she then used to clean off my arm, and proceeded to draw me. This is an infectious hazard for her but even more so the patient (in this case, me). It's not just about the potential needlestick but the risk of transmission of bacteria especially into an open wound.

Everything was fine. Dr Dow is a good common sense doctor who will sit down and ask questions regarding my health, things I don't think to ask. I can't speak for her other patients, she and I have a great rapport.

Dr. Julie Dow has been My PCP approximately sine 2008. She has always listened to my concerns. She explains things in a way anyone could understand. Being a Nurse(retired) she is the kind of doctor we would want to work for and have for a Doctor.

Check out person was rude. I had an hour wait prior to being taken to exam room. I understand that doctors get behind, but the office staff should inform you upfront when they are running behind. I come to this clinic for Dr. Dow. If it wasn't for her, I would go some where else due to the general rudeness and lack of response from the office and nursing staff.
