Dr. J Dow is an amazing primary care provider. She listens to my concerns and has an amazing bedside manner. She allows me to be an active participant in my healthcare. I may not be the fastest to comply with her recommendations, but she celebrates my successes and works to explain why my compliance is essential to better overall outcomes. I recommend her to all my friends.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. This medical facility, the employees, PCTs, Dr's, my primary physician DR Julie Dow, MD is the best ever in my eyes. From front desk, lab, everyone here is caring, respectful, and kind. Love the atmosphere and calmness they show here.

Dr. Julie Dow did an amazing job of listening, outlining several options, and gave me a working plan to improve my personal health. She was helpful, informative, and genuinely caring.

It would be a much better experience with friendlier, more competent front office staff; as well as improved communication and follow through between support staff and physician. Dr Dow is excellent.

This office has a highly skilled staff. Not only are they friendly before you even make it to the counter with their sweet smiling faces, they also know how to explain their knowledge in ways that make sense to every age. They will help direct you to the proper specialist if they feel you should seek further assistance. Creating a great trust with all of us patients, knowing we will find a way to solve any concerning health puzzles. If there could be more offices with this kind of staff, the world would be able to function a whole lot smoother&society would be able to be more understanding to their own health&well-beings?

Dr. Dow listens to my symptoms and my concerns and asks question to give me the best care.

Dr. Dow is the type of doctor you only find in a textbook. She is very, very knowledgeable. She's very kind, she truly listens to you and repeats it back to make sure she understands what your needs are and she's very thorough. A few years ago I changed jobs and started working at home. The drive to the doctor's office is a little more than 30 minutes now versus 10 or 15. But it is so worth it to get to see Dr. Dow
