When I got there, they wanted me to pay the, instead of sending me a bill, they wanted me to pay my co-pay when I got there before I was seen by the doctor. And I didn't think that was very professionalism. They could have sent me a bill and I could have paid, but I don't think that's very professional asking for money before you've been seen by a doctor.

Yall have no ideal of my situation but you wish to bother people with question that don't tell the story, just push for the answers you want.

The nurses, staff and doctors all are exceptional in my opinion. They care about you as an individual and explain things in a manner that you can understand. If I have to go to a hospital or physician, St Bernard's is it for me!

After my stay in the hospital, my therapy was set up ahead of time for me in my local area here in Lawrence County. And also my follow-up visits were pre-scheduled and that was very convenient.
