When I got there, they wanted me to pay the, instead of sending me a bill, they wanted me to pay my co-pay when I got there before I was seen by the doctor. And I didn't think that was very professionalism. They could have sent me a bill and I could have paid, but I don't think that's very professional asking for money before you've been seen by a doctor.
