Joseph Tringali, DO, is an adult outpatient psychiatrist at St. Bernards Medical Center. He completed medical school in Jonesboro at NYITCOM at Arkansas State University in 2022. He provides psychiatric care by listening attentively, understanding each patient’s goals, and developing treatment plans together. Dr. Tringali sees a broad range of psychiatric conditions. When a patient’s needs would be better served by a subspecialist or higher level of care, he works closely to coordinate those referrals. In addition to adult psychiatric care, he evaluates and treats adolescents with ADHD, serving as a bridge to Child Psychiatry when appropriate. The practice also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), an option for treatment-resistant depression and other conditions. He is grateful to give meaningful psychiatric care to the Jonesboro community, which played an important role in his education and professional development. Dr. Tringali completed his residency in Tallahassee at HCA Florida Capital Hospital through University of Central Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies in Gainesville, Florida. His primary area of academic interest is Reproductive Psychiatry & neurobiology of serotonin (5-Ht) discontinuation syndrome.
