Yes, I didn't see any improvement. It was, everything was outstanding. Dr. Kueter is an outstanding doctor. His nurses are all outstanding. Everybody that works with him is outstanding. I've never had any problems with his workmanship or with any of his help. And like I say, he has an outstanding staff. Thank you and good evening.

They've done a good job and they get back with your doctor that sent you over there and they've been kind and they're good.

Everybody done a wonderful job. We thank all the doctors and all his assistants and help. All the staff that are there doing a great job and we think the doctor is just excellent at what he does and about everything we do except unless you go for something for your eyes or something like that, everything goes through St. Bernard's. So we really thank everyone at St. Bernard's and all departments because they all do a wonderful job. Thank you.

This was my first visit and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kueter and his nurse.

It was a welcomed change from the past

I understand things happen but my appointment was scheduled for 10:10am and it was after 11:30 before I was called back. After an hour of waiting I went to the front desk to make sure I had not been accidentally slipped. If I as a patient were over an hour late with no notice, I would loose my apt and in some cases be charged a fee... I am fortunate to be self employed and have the flexibility to wait but most of your patients have to schedule and take time off work. This is a major issue for someone working a 9-5

I've been under care of the urology group for over 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say.

I walked out because the nurse wouldn't let me keep the door open..... I can't stay in a little room with no windows unless the door is open.... I just wanted the door open and I could have stayed.......

Too lazy ng of a wait time for appt. And too long of a wait at office.

Doctor and stuff was very nice and friendly

Dr. Kueter was probably the most attentive and personable Dr I've ever seen. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Wait time was minimal. Original appointment was 4 months out, after asking to be put on a cancellation list was seen within a few weeks.

I have been seeing Dr Kueter for 5+ years, including through prostate cancer treatment. He always calls irrespective of time and how long he has worked that day to let me know important medical info related to my condition. He called me late the day of my most recent PSA test to let me know the results. Terrific doctor!

I had my catheter removed 10 days after surgery. It was a nervous experience, one worried about pain and discomfort. The nurse did a great job of handling that task in an organized, professional manner, not hesitating or "babying" me so that it was over before I realized it. Yes, it wasn't pleasant, but it was better than I expected. I am very thankful.

I've been seeing Dr Keuter since 2009 all is good.

If I had to say something I didn't like about my experience I would have to say that waiting an hour to be called back was a big downer. There was a constant flow of patients being called and leaving. I was just about ready to leave as I was very nervous about the appt and had pretty much stayed as long as I could make myself when I was finally called back. In the end, I was very thankful that I did not leave. Dr. Kueter was so professional. He took his time talking to me, testing, and giving me his diagnosis. I felt like I had been seen by a doctor who has his patients foremost in his practice. I came away feeling as if I had made the right choice. Perhaps there needs to be better scheduling or even another doctor added to the staff.

Dr. Kueter and his staff are awesome. Even though they are usually very busy, Dr. Kueter takes the time to explain what is going on. What and why they are treating you as they are. What the options and side effects of treatment are. Presents the alternatives and allow me to make choices. So far my recovery from prostate cancer is going well. Cancer free for 8 months.

I'm pleased to have good health care facilities in our area.

We had a great visit with the doctor and were given information on what to expect and appointment schedule going forward.

Everything was good except for the waiting time, I was told to be there at 1:30pm but didn't get called back until 3: pm. Everything was good except waiting time

Was a bit surprised to have to pay money down before surgery.

The doctor was new for me to schedule surgery. We discussed the procedure and my history with all my questions being answered. I have every confidence that the doctor appreciated my concerns and that we are on the same page with regards to my treatment, which I am putting off until (redacted). The doctor agreed with my decision and thought it was the best thing for me to do.
