I have been seeing Dr Kueter for 5+ years, including through prostate cancer treatment. He always calls irrespective of time and how long he has worked that day to let me know important medical info related to my condition. He called me late the day of my most recent PSA test to let me know the results. Terrific doctor!

I had my catheter removed 10 days after surgery. It was a nervous experience, one worried about pain and discomfort. The nurse did a great job of handling that task in an organized, professional manner, not hesitating or "babying" me so that it was over before I realized it. Yes, it wasn't pleasant, but it was better than I expected. I am very thankful.

I've been seeing Dr Keuter since 2009 all is good.

If I had to say something I didn't like about my experience I would have to say that waiting an hour to be called back was a big downer. There was a constant flow of patients being called and leaving. I was just about ready to leave as I was very nervous about the appt and had pretty much stayed as long as I could make myself when I was finally called back. In the end, I was very thankful that I did not leave. Dr. Kueter was so professional. He took his time talking to me, testing, and giving me his diagnosis. I felt like I had been seen by a doctor who has his patients foremost in his practice. I came away feeling as if I had made the right choice. Perhaps there needs to be better scheduling or even another doctor added to the staff.

Dr. Kueter and his staff are awesome. Even though they are usually very busy, Dr. Kueter takes the time to explain what is going on. What and why they are treating you as they are. What the options and side effects of treatment are. Presents the alternatives and allow me to make choices. So far my recovery from prostate cancer is going well. Cancer free for 8 months.

I'm pleased to have good health care facilities in our area.

Was a bit surprised to have to pay money down before surgery.

The doctor was new for me to schedule surgery. We discussed the procedure and my history with all my questions being answered. I have every confidence that the doctor appreciated my concerns and that we are on the same page with regards to my treatment, which I am putting off until (redacted). The doctor agreed with my decision and thought it was the best thing for me to do.

It's taking me too long to see the doctor when I come for my appointment the last two visits I had to wait an hour before I seen the doctor

First time I've ever been to Lawrence Memorial for myself. Everyone was very good at what they do and very nice. It made me feel very comfortable in this unfamiliar environment. I thank both of the ladies very much especially the lady at the front desk.

Dr Kueter is a very kind and good listener. I have a lot of respect for him as he saved me from going to surgery five years ago.

My only complaint is the amount of time you have to wait in the exam room for the Dr. to come see you. I waited over an hour after the nurse had taken all the vitals. Dr. Kueter is wonderful. He is in no hurry, takes his time & is very thorough with going over blood work results & medicines.

Dr. Kueter and staff are awesome. They take the time to explain my treatment options and allow me to make the decision. I doubt I could get better care anywhere on the planet.

Dr. Kueter is amazing. However, the wait times in this office are unacceptable. I waited 2 hours to see Dr. Kueter. 1.5 hours of that was in the exam room. I believe I have been to Dr. Kueter four times and three of those times had very similar wait times. If that is the best this office can do, then they are scheduling far too many patients and something needs to change. St. Bernard's has a G.I. specialist down the street where I can be talking to the doctor 10 minutes after walking in the door. I cannot stress enough what a fantastic physician Dr. Kueter is. My only complaint, which is a very large one, is about the wait times.

Staff was very professional in their actions and while speaking with me. Dr. Was asking a lot of questions to get to me and my condition. During exam, Dr. thought it would be best to get an ultrasound before he makes any recommendations regarding my condition. Was scheduled for an ultra sound a couple days later... pretty quickly. I feel confident about the Dr. and his concern regarding my condition.

I'm always treated with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Kueter takes the time to explain every aspect to me and answers all questions. Sometimes he seems to anticipate the question before I ask.

They quickly saw me not long after arriving for my appointment. They seemed to care and was informative about my problem.

I've been very happy with the way I was treated or have been treated in the past by St. Bernard's. The facility is clean and very nice. The nurses and other professional staff are great. The new classification I have for the group of nurses with a slot between being a doctor and being a... I've forgotten exactly what the acronym is, but anyway, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I very much would recommend anyone that I knew that I thought could get value for the treatment. Dr kueter was very thorough in my office visit . I appreciate the time he took discussing my health problems.

Even though I was 15 minutes early to my last appointment I still had to wait more than an hour to be seen while watching other patients that arrived after I did get called back. Six in all but who's counting.
