Dr Pennington went above and beyond to care for my concerns.

First time using First Care Parker Road. Was establishing care with Dr. Pennington. From check in to check out, everything was great. Since I was new, everything was explained to me. All of my questions were answered and explained, if needed. Dr. Pennington was awesome. He took time with me as we went over all my medical problems. Went over all medications and disconnected things that I really didn't need to be taking. I would 100% recommend this office and Dr. Pennington.

I'm very thankful to all our medical professionals they save lives everyday!

Dr. Pennington is a great doctor. I am so glad to have him helping me out now. But who was there before that, who was my doctor before that, has really cost me drastically in my life. So I'm not very happy about that. But I'm going along with there. So anyway, Dr. Pennington's great, though. Glad I got him.

I established care with Dr. Pennington and I was thoroughly impressed with him. He did the most thorough physical exam that I have ever had and we had an honest and open dialogue during our visit. I have not had a PCP in several years and it was very refreshing to have such a great experience with Dr. Pennington. I look forward to being under his care for years to come!

As a veteran with 26 years of service, I deeply appreciate when a provider understands the importance of being heard and treated with dignity. Dr. Pennington did exactly that. He approached my health with clarity, patience, and genuine care-never rushing, never dismissing anything I brought up. At 47, I also value a doctor who looks at the full picture. He offered thoughtful options tailored to my age and long-term well-being, explaining everything in a way that made sense and helped me feel confident moving forward. Dr. Pennington combines professionalism, empathy, and real attentiveness. I left the appointment feeling supported, respected, and grateful to have him as my new doctor.

The front desk clerk was pleasant. However it was a full 2 mins after I walked up to the window to say I had an appointment before she even acknowledged me.

I have recommended this office to everyone I know. Dr Pennington is not your typical doctor. He shows true care and always listens. I've never been to a doctor like him. He has helped my entire family. I will go wherever he goes at this point. The staff are always so sweet and nice. If you don't know all of this you should.
