Dr. Cook and Vicky take their time while in the exam room. They don't rush you through. They answer every question while listening to your every concern. Best around!!!

The medical Information that as a client comes in to fill out should be all online. I feel like I am filling out the same Paperwork over and over and over Why isn't it streamlined

The wait was too long today. I was told to be there 20 min PROIR to my appt but wasn't seen until and hour and 15 min later! This was unusual and I hope that do not have to wait that long again. Maybe appointments are booked too close together and need a greater amount of time to be allowed for patients to have discussions with the doctors.

Out of ALL the doctors I have seen in my 62 years of life, with one of those even being a long time friend of the family, I still have to place Dr. Cook and his office staff in the TOP 3 I've seen in my LIFETIME. From the time I entered the office I felt that I was in a safe space with caring people. I have never given any Physicians office such a rating, but if I had to choose a Doctor and a staff to serve as an example to all other U.S. Physicians,I would choose THIS STAFF and THIS PHYSICIAN as that role model. As a leading hospital in this area I hope that you at St.Bernards also realize what an exceptional team you have in Dr. Cook's Group, and that they are given the appreciation they deserve,as they only make St Bernard's look even better. All my children were born at St Bernard's over the years and I still prefer St Bernard's above all other hospitals. It is doctors like Dr.Cook who make that choice so obvious.

St Bernard's Surgical Associates has proven over and over that they do a great job, and they have helped both me and my husband to "better health". We consider our guides, but also our friends in the community.

I got a text and it didn't tell me which one of my doctors it was and it didn't tell me what it was for. That was my only complaint. Thank you.

Dr. Cook and his nurse are kind but professional. I generally resent having to go to a doctor, but in this case, I am happy. Dr. Cook does a thorough exam, lets me know immediately what he's found, and lets me know what, if anything, needs to be done. It's rare, these days, to find a doctor like Dr. Cook, who doesn't just look at you, ask questions, note everything on a pad, and tell you the office will call later with a diagnosis. It may seem efficient, but is dehumanizing. I know that he has my best interest at heart, and appreciate him.

Everyone is nice from the time you walk in until you walk out. I would recommend them to everyone.
