Dr John Jiu and his staff are GREAT!! He will always handle my hearing and ear needs.

The length of time to be able to get in for an appointment was far too long. I wasn't given enough info before I left to know which ear had dislodged crystals so I could begin Epley exercises to give me relief. I had to call back and leave a message. The woman at the checkout desk is never friendly!

If not for St. Bernard's quality department, I'd never have gotten an appointment, though I've been a patient there for 20 years, & was seen just two months ago. The office staff are very rude and unpleasant. Not customer focused as St. Bernard's historically is.

Not recommending as doctors are retiring and there are no replacements. Was not informed of the changes by dr office. Had to find out from other patients.

Staff is professional, informative, & friendly.

The nurses always return my call in a timely manner.

St. Bernard's hospital and urgent cares are wonderful. I won't recommend anyone to Dr. Jiu..

I am an established patient with Dr. Jiu, but also a personal friend. Once he saw my ear injury, he simply said "come on". It took him most of the afternoon to work me into his normal schedule, which I deeply appreciated. Everyone from the front desk to Misty to Dr. Jiu were as considerate and concerned as they could possibly be! I have recommended these guys for 45 years as a pharma rep, and will continue!

I'll never be back

The wait time in the waiting room & the wait time in the room before seeing the provider was longer than it should be.

Exceptional care is always provided. Doctor, nurse and staff are very caring and I am treated with respect.

I am thankful that they were able to let me know after checking over my children. A figuring out what steps I need to take next in order to making my children more comfortable and safe feeling. They were very excited about there doctor appointment.

I am very disappointed in this visit and Dr. Jiu . Staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurse we saw seemed to listen to what I had to say as well. Checkout was easy and employees were very friendly. Dr. Jiu is my largest complaint. I hate it, because for many years, in my profession, I have referred so many people to this facility and specifically, Dr. Jiu . I will not make that mistake again.

On the question about trusting my Dr. for care, I only answered mostly instead of definitely because I did not know anything about him until I saw him. I trust him or I would not let him do surgery, however, I am still anxious only because I have just met him once. I think that is normal.

Perfect experience with Dr. Jui and the staff. Friendly, professional and very helpful. Dr. Jui told me not anything that needs done. He had done a procedure on me back in (redacted) which worked out great. No issues at all through the years. I appreciate him telling me straight at this appointment to try to live with it rather than scheduling procedure to just make money like some doctors do. I highly recommend St Bernard's ENT. Dr Jui is great!

The afterhours answering service failed to get the message to the Doctors. I called twice and never received a return call. I went to the ER instead. Had to make an appointment the next day with the Doctors. After that everything went well.

Worst experience at St. B I've ever had

The young lady (I don't know her name) fixed the tubing on my right hearing aid. She was very nice and caring. Wanted to make sure I was satisfied and did I need anything else to just let her know. Thank you

He didn't know a lot of my health issues because it was my first visit . But he was very good about listening to me. I was very impressed with everything about the visit . And his knowledge of what was causing my problems! I would recommend him to anyone!

I didn't feel embarrassed or exposed during my colonoscopy. Everyone was professional and had great "bedside manner."

Dr. Jiu worked for 45 min in my. Brothers ears to free them up. He was really good

physician needs to explain Procedure To the patient Prior to the procedure being done So they don't get scared and freak out Like I did not knowing what was going on What's the only thing that I can say That was unsettling. other than that, everything was great The position was great to talk with. He took time with me. I did not feel rushed. I just wish that I would've been explaining the procedure Before it happened Cause like I said, I got a little scared and freaked out

The tools used weren't sanitized or properly cleaned

I was really nervous about what they were going to do. They explained everything to me. I was afraid to hear how much hearing I may have lost. They answered all my concerns. Over all my appointment went really well.

We were told we would be getting a phone call about test results and we have not gotten it, not test results, but a test to be performed and we have not gotten it yet.

Dr Jiu and his nurses are awsome and I probably didn't spell his name right but hes been there a long time and I figure other people brag on him. And his nurse is as sweet a person as they come. My incision has healed great hardly no pain with this procedure.

The clinic itself needs updated, chairs and exam rooms look dated

Friendly and respectful

I had to fill out paperwork and explain the reason for my visit in the paperwork and to the attending intake nurse. If no one is going to listen then why have anyone fill out paperwork. It takes just a few minutes to review a patient file to ensure the physician provides the best possible care. I had a long wait and then for no one to seem to listen or pay attention to what I'm saying it was very frustrating.

The front desk or the receptionist people that handle insurance and the first contact of choice for clients coming in, if they can be more courtesy and more empathetic towards the appointment and towards the patients or clients.

The only thing that I would say is my appointment was at 3:10 and we did not see our provider until 4:15. So that was a pretty long wait for a scheduled appointment.
