The only thing that I would say is my appointment was at 3:10 and we did not see our provider until 4:15. So that was a pretty long wait for a scheduled appointment.

Dr. Jiu and the nurse were very professional. I would highly recommend them!

The office staff were absolutely great. The nurse who initially had contact with me when going to the back was great. When the doctor came in everything changed. He immediately came in and said I was too old to just all of a sudden have ear problems. I tried explaining that I've had ear problems in the past, he said no. I talked about what had been going on. Four ear infections within a year. Ears swollen, treated by St. Bernards physician each time and that even with treatment it keeps coming back. He applied pressure on each side of my ear and asked if it hurt. I said yes (my ears often hurt and have pressure) he said I didn't have an ear problem that I clenched my jaws and that I had been stressed for a year. I said I didn't understand how that would cause the fluid buildup, swelling, and doctor actually seeing problems and he said it would. Looked in my ears very quickly and said they are clear (I was on antibiotics and steroid treatment from the latest infection). I told him such and he said I don't have ear infections that I clenched my jaws and I need to come back when I THINK I have an ear infection. This was stated in a very condensing way. I said yes sir and stood up and took my paper from him. He asked if I had issues with hearing (I do and already stated as much, constant ringing and muffled hearing). He stated again very rudely that next time I THINK I have an ear infection he wants to see me. Unfortunately, I'm still having problems with my ears. Currently swollen with pain now. He gave no advice on how to control my teeth clenching and i definitely don't feel comfortable seeing him again. I have used St. Bernard's for years and never have an issue, but this man has the absolute worse attitude and bedside manner I have ever seen. I hate that I had this experience, but I certainly hope he doesn't see children if this is his behavior all the time.

Everyone in the clinic is very nice. The front office staff is wonderful, but everything is much slower since they have merged with this new system.

We are thankful for the clinic. We called as a new patient and were worked in that same day. The very next day we were in the outpatient surgery center. From the front desk staff, to the nursing staff, to Dr. Jiu- we were treated so well and are so thankful!

I was well pleased the way they treated me and the professional service that I got a job boiled on someone you can be proud of Saint Bernard they all was very professional

My medical notes were WILDLY wrong down to even my age. I was told that my symptoms did not sound like a sinus infection, only to be x rayed and confirmed that not only was that a possibility but that I also currently have a sinus infection.

I made a mistake in pressing zero on next to the last question. It should have been 10. Everyone was so nice and so professional and so helpful. And I hope y'all can correct that before anybody sees it that would be concerned about it. But it was overall just a really good experience. I don't have very many doctors here in Jonesboro because I have not been satisfied, but I was completely satisfied. with this doctor, with the staff, and with the appointment. Thank you.

I was surprised that the dr did not wear gloves while examining me. I had fresh cuts with stitches and am on anti biotic to keep infection down so why would he do this

I had a scope done to look at my throat and vocal cords. I do not believe that i was numbed up enough and it would have been nice if i could have been given instructions on how to breathe during the procedure. It was an 'afterthought.'

Dr Jiu seemed to not have a clue about my sleep study results or treatment. He referred me to a pulmonologist after making me wait for 30 minutes while his nurse looked for my results. Then he seemed to not want to check my ears when asked. I think he should retire because he just seemed uninterested.

I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Jiu. He is very concerned and cares about his patients. I know it can't be just me. He's that way with everybody, I'm sure. But he is very, very good. One of the best.

A more personal interaction would be nice. ENT work is always a painful procedure for me that I dread.

In May I was diagnosed with a cancer called Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma. It was highly recommended by multiple physicians that I see Dr. Jiu for treatment. During my first visit with Dr. Jiu he came in and tackled my health problem with absolute confidence and made me feel that he had a vast knowledge of my condition while also being very compassionate and sympathetic. Dr. Jiu and Misty have been absolutely amazing, and caring over the past several months. Most importantly they have been extremely patient with me and have adequately addressed all my concerns and needs in a timely manner. Misty is wonderful. I have been able to reach out to her several times and she has got back with me quickly. She is always so kind and sweet. I can't thank either one of them enough for the care and kindness that I have been shown. Often times you feel like you are just another patient or just another "case" but I never felt that way. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Dr.Jiu office was so dirty I wouldn't even place my purse down. Hand were not cleaned, no gloves were used all things put up my nose were laying on a dirty table nothing under or over,floors dirty something spilled on deck an ran down side ,I was sick I am an compromised. i person was traumatized

The nurses and the doctor were really sweet and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone in the staff

Dr Jiu did not listen when I said no to pursuing allergy shots and now I have had to pay out of pocket for those( as it was mixed without my approval and insurance billed), plus fuel to Jonesboro for 10 trips, and thus far we see no improvement in symptoms. I did not and do not think it's an allergy issue (our original reason for coming into ofsc), although I do agree that my child has seasonal allergies. It seemed rather that we were being pushed into allergy shots instead of listening to our chief concerns. We will finish this round and then determine next steps. However, I will not recommend Dr.Jiu to family/friends/colleagues.

Everyone is very kind and very caring. I have been a patient here for several years.
