Very frustrated with the non-existent care I received after a prescription misunderstanding. Pharmacy tried for two days to resolve the issue with no answer from the Doctors nursing staff. Issue is still not resolved.

The doctor told me that I possibly had the shingles and I did not understand why he didn't give me anything for the shingles because I itch quite a bit.
