Jennifer is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. She has a warm and compassionate spirit. She loves dogs as much as she loves people. She has a creative mind and finds herself inspired by music and art. She proudly claims to be “a bit quirky” and appreciates authenticity in those around her. She was born and raised in Jonesboro, AR where she attended Arkansas State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has provided therapy to adults for over a decade now. She is trauma informed and EMDRIA certified to provide EMDR therapy. She has experience in treating individuals with PTSD, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, as well as individuals struggling with issues such as grief/loss, stress management, and relational problems. She is aware that starting therapy can be an intimidating experience, especially for individuals doing therapy for the first time or for those who have had difficult experiences with therapy in the past. Therefore, she strives to provide an emotionally safe environment where individuals feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
