Everything went really well except I had a rather long wait time this time. I waited 55 minutes from my appointment time. I had an appointment at 10 and didn't get in there until 10:55 to see the doctor. So that was a little excessive. I'd like to see that a little less if possible. But other than that, everything else was great. Thank you.

I really like Dr Chavez.hes. A kind and caring dr.l always feel more confident about my health after l see Dr Chavez.

Dr Chavez is the best. Always ready to answer questions and explain why he is changing/adding treatments.

I go to Dr. Chavez and I love him to pieces. He is so friendly, but so smart. And he can talk you into taking a test you don't want to take, but you'll go do it for him. The only problem I have with that clinic is I always leave from getting my blood taken with bruises. I don't know if y'all use bigger needles or what, but I always bruise up from it. Thank you. Bye.

I am not a fan of how appointments are made, especially follow-up. It seems to me and to eliminate having to later reschedule, it would be better to be able to make a follow up appointment as you were leaving your appointment. Instead, you receive a letter with an appt date that may or may not be acceptable. If I am there with my calendar and other appointments, I can easily see if an appointed time would work. This would finalize the next appointment and also remove the necessity of sending out letters for appointments that may not fit an individual's schedule. Thanks.

Keep up the good work and do not rush your patients when it comes to questions, which all questions was answered and a reasonable amount of time. Thank God for your staff. Thank God for you.

Once you leave the office you are forgotten and on your own till your next visit. Nobody at the Cardiac Center had IPads? Doctor had to leave room to get results on test that were run on me 4 months ago. Called 5 times to ask about results from my heart monitor, they had me do. Nobody ever returned my calls beyond secretary level. Have no confidence and getting second opinions on all future cardiac issues.

Everything went very smooth. Did have to wait a little while till my doctor got to me. But I love my doctor. He talked to me like a human. And he answered my questions with respect and truthful answers. I really like him.

They were all very nice to me. They answered all my questions.

Dr Chavez is so good. He explained everything so well. He drew diagrams so even I could understand. Great physician.

Dr. Chavez is AMAZING

The wait time was a little long but everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The EKG tech's long finger nails interfered with her ability to remove and apply the stickers to my body. A couple kept falling off so she attempted to get tape off the roll and also struggled with that. Then she dropped the lead box and had to start all over. She finally got a EKG BUT I'm not very confident it is accurate.

Check-in is cumbersome. My wife and I checked in for appointments 15 minutes apart, but the computer locked me out while my wife's information was processed. As a retired IT professional, this is an amateur's mistake; you don't lock all records for all patients of a particular surname when you may be dealing with them simultaneously. Dr. Chavez is my idea of an ideal doctor. Communicative. Caring. Compassionate. I consider a 6-hour round trip to get his level of practice to be well worth it.

My only negative comment is that it took 4 days to get my new prescriptions called in.

From the time that I checked in to the heart care clinic with Dr. Chavez, the receptionist and the nurses that were involved taking blood pressure, checking in, et cetera, and Dr. Chavez himself did an outstanding job as they always do. Thank you.

Considering I never seen the doctor, because after two hours I got up and walked out, I was not real impressed.

The treatment and care given by staff is top rate . The Dr's care & treatment along with explaining problem and treatments needed and bed side manners surpasses all.

The only thing that I could say that would be better is that when you had an appointment at 10, you didn't have to wait till 11 or 1130 to see the doctor.

Everyone was so nice and helped me out the Dr was very nice and answered my question and explained what was going to be done

My appointment was at 1pm. I arrived at 12:45 to pull the little tag and waited until 1:03 to be checked-in when my number was called. Dr. Chavez did not walk into my room until 1:56pm and I was sent for labs at 2:14. Needles to say I was 40 minutes late returning to work.

I trust St. Bernards Medical center more than any other local hospital. Also I believe your health care workers genuinely care about people's needs. I would like to know that their leave policy was less rigid for meeting their families needs. The very best employees love their families as well as having compassion and empathy for their patients.

My opinion is that everyone did very well.

This was my first visit with Dr. Chavez and I was extremely impressed and delighted with his presentation. He seems to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. He is exactly the kind of professional that I want to trust with my care.

I saw DR Chavez at my app on (redacted). He was very knowledgeable about my past history at heart and vascular. The upcoming tests I will have should lead to heart care that will help my overall health. I had briefly met DR Chavez a few years ago in the clinic but not as a patient. I really do think he's a very good doctor. He took the time to explain what past medical reports meant so I have a better understanding of my condition.

My visit was exceptional because I myself run late because I drive from North Central Arkansas to Jonesboro. I was not able to see the doctor I had the appointment with, but I was accommodated with Dr. Chavez and he was excellent and I was very pleased and everyone was very professional. Thank you.

I made appointment for a CTS Cardiac Scoring. But when I was in yhe room technisian took quicly EKG and said that doctor will be in the room shortly, before I even understood what happened. I told doctor that my primary doctor send me for CTS Cardiac Scoring, because my kolesterol was 220. And my doctor told it would be only $75 and takes 15 minutes. Instead I got extra doctors appointment andEKG.

They were very very nice they were very helpful and they treated you with respect and they was trying to do the best they can do for me

Chavez was the Doctor I seen, so I can't speak on the others there. Chavez himself was very direct in the best way. He was very patient and courteous when listening to my concerns and then addressing them.

I really appreciated that I was taken in for this appointment immediately and Dr. Chavez is very kind and knowledgeable and always treats me with respect and he dealt with the matter very quickly and even though it was at the last minute and so I really did appreciate how well he took care of me and arranged for an appointment for the test that I needed and got it done promptly. My appointment was at 10 AM; however, it was approximately 10:25 when the receptionist updated my information and was sent upstairs. The nurse did not call me to see my doctor until 10:49. I realize certain emergencies may happen but the wait time seemed quite lengthy. I will say that my doctor did not rush through my time with him. He was extremely ready to listen and share his thoughts.

Dr Chavez is the best doctor ever he is kind and treats each individual as if they are the only one. He explains everything to where you know exactly what to expect.
