Everyone was great. I always enjoy my experience there. Everyone is just very helpful, very friendly, and it's just, you know, you have to go to the doctor and it's something that I sort of look forward to because I'm in and out very quickly and get my problem taken care of and Dr. Jacqueline Conger is a very good doctor. She listens, she's very efficient and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you. Bye.

Dr Conger is a very nice doctor.....

Dr. Conger is wonderful - she always listens to my concerns and helps to make me feel at ease. The nurses and staff are also always very helpful and kind. Going to OB-GYN associates always feels like a breath of fresh air.

Dr. Conger and the OB-GYN staff/ St Bernard's hospital has made it possible for us to grow our family by giving us the care and attention that made us comfortable enough to have more children.

My yearly appointment usually takes place in June. In recent years, the OB-GYN front office has scheduled my appointment and contacted me with the date. I never received any correspondence about scheduling an appointment come June 2025 and contacted their office. I was told that Dr Conger was full and would be contacted when her books opened for August. No word in August so I reached out again. I was able to get an appointment for October, but because of my menstrual cycle the appointment had to be rescheduled. Dr Conger is a great physician with a loaded schedule, and because of that I couldn't reschedule that appointment until January 2026. I'm not at all unhappy with the care I received from Dr Conger, but I'm frustrated with lack of communication from the OB-GYN front office. If the process of scheduling appointments had changed, that should have been communicated in writing to all clients. Women's health is too important to have a "yearly" appointment take place 7 months later.

Everything went well. Thank you so much for everyone in the clinic. Just one comment from my side, it's really hard to get to the staff over the phone. It's mostly saying that they are not accepting calls at this moment or not accepting it at all and it hang up. So it's kind of hard to call them and get in contact with them via the phone number provided, which ends with 3990. Otherwise, everything is good. Thank you so much.

Dr. Conger is very kind. Answered all my questions and was proactive to schedule additional tests. All in all a great appointment!

My overall experience has been great

I just wanted to say how professional Dr. Conger is and how she respects your privacy. She's just a wonderful doctor and I drive all the way from Northwood Rock, Arkansas to see her and I will continue to do that as long as she's there. I give her a 10 rating on everything and also her nursing staff.

Dr. Conger is truly one of a kind. During my delivery, another provider had to step in while she was unavailable, and it ended up being a very difficult experience for me. In the months that followed, Dr. Conger made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and creates such a calm, reassuring environment. Even just knowing she would have helped me process that experience if I needed it meant so much. Her compassion, professionalism, and steady presence have made all the difference. I'm so grateful for her.

When I first called to schedule for my daughter's appointment, they couldn't get me in until January. And the lady could tell I was very concerned with what was going on. And she sent a message to the doctor. And the doctor wanted my daughter in that week instead. So she got her in in like three, four days. So that was absolutely amazing of Dr. Conger. And Dr. Conger was so just absolutely wonderful with her. And she treated her with the most utmost respect and listened and cared and thoroughly followed through. And I just appreciate her very, very much.

Dr, Conger is the best doctor I have ever seen!!! I love that although I'm sure she is busy with her practice she finds time to do community service!! What an awesome person who truly takes our health care needs to heart!!! God Bless her always!!!

Dr conger has been very kind and professional

I did not feel understood. I did not feel like my symptoms were taken into consideration regarding underlying reproductive health problems. There were no recommendations to test and manage negative symptoms and I felt as though a lot of my questions were quickly dismissed as normal or not a concern. At the end of my visit I did not feel any more confident about my health or wellbeing and instead felt discouraged and disappointed.

I just love my Doctor. She is understanding and cares about my health. She listens to me and allows me to have input on my own decisions.

They were sweet. They're nice. There are just good people and had a kid hospitality.

I felt like I was in good hands. From the front desk all the way to Dr Conger' s visit I was treated respectfully. Dr Conger has amazing people skills, even when the news she has to deliver is not the best.

They listened to me and answered all of my questions.

It would have been nice had the nurses not have been talking about me at the door before they came in, such as, why is she here? Why is she coming here today? I was coming here because of a wellness. If they would have asked me in the room, they would have known why I was there, and they wouldn't have had to ask with a stick, speaking. outside the door, it would have been nice if somebody would have listened to me a little bit better. The doctor was great. The nurses did not take any time. I felt like they didn't want to listen to what I had to say.

I had a wonderful first experience at St. Bernard's. I was nervous to meet with a new OBGYN, but Dr. Conger made me feel comfortable & at ease.

I just wanted to compliment Dr. Conger. I've seen a couple different OBs when I've been there and they've been fine, but Dr. Conger just is extra special and takes the time and effort to explain and ask, and I truly appreciate being in her care. So I just wanted to give her a shout out. Thank you.

Great atmosphere

Dr. Conger was amazing. She listened to my concerns and gave me several options to move forward. She knew my medical history and reassured me and told me exactly how I would get my results and that was really comforting. However, the amount of time I had to wait to see Dr. Conger was just excessively long. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and then in the the actual physician's room before I saw her. My appointment was at 10 o'clock. I was advised to check in at 9.40, which I did. And then I was not talking to Dr. Conger until around 11.15. And so that's an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time with an early check-in of 9.40. So that's just unacceptable. The staff were very quick and helpful. They listened to my concerns and had me in and out in a timely manner. While I still felt like I was given the care and treatment I needed.

This was my first visit with Dr. Conger. She was excellent.

I feel very anxious about breast cancer because of having fibrocystic breasts and having family history of breast cancer. Dr. Conger put me at ease listening to my concern and teaching me more about how to feel for changes in my breasts! Very thankful for a doctor who cares and doesn't write me off because I'm young!

Dr. Conger was very understanding and informative and all of the staff and nurses were also very understanding and they received me with compassion. So I really appreciate everybody at this clinic.

I received a phone call with my mammogram results within an hour and a half of testing. This gives great peace of mind instead of waiting for results to come in the mail or a follow up visit.
