Dr, Conger is the best doctor I have ever seen!!! I love that although I'm sure she is busy with her practice she finds time to do community service!! What an awesome person who truly takes our health care needs to heart!!! God Bless her always!!!

Dr conger has been very kind and professional

I did not feel understood. I did not feel like my symptoms were taken into consideration regarding underlying reproductive health problems. There were no recommendations to test and manage negative symptoms and I felt as though a lot of my questions were quickly dismissed as normal or not a concern. At the end of my visit I did not feel any more confident about my health or wellbeing and instead felt discouraged and disappointed.

I just love my Doctor. She is understanding and cares about my health. She listens to me and allows me to have input on my own decisions.

I felt like I was in good hands. From the front desk all the way to Dr Conger' s visit I was treated respectfully. Dr Conger has amazing people skills, even when the news she has to deliver is not the best.

They listened to me and answered all of my questions.

It would have been nice had the nurses not have been talking about me at the door before they came in, such as, why is she here? Why is she coming here today? I was coming here because of a wellness. If they would have asked me in the room, they would have known why I was there, and they wouldn't have had to ask with a stick, speaking. outside the door, it would have been nice if somebody would have listened to me a little bit better. The doctor was great. The nurses did not take any time. I felt like they didn't want to listen to what I had to say.

I had a wonderful first experience at St. Bernard's. I was nervous to meet with a new OBGYN, but Dr. Conger made me feel comfortable & at ease.

I just wanted to compliment Dr. Conger. I've seen a couple different OBs when I've been there and they've been fine, but Dr. Conger just is extra special and takes the time and effort to explain and ask, and I truly appreciate being in her care. So I just wanted to give her a shout out. Thank you.

Great atmosphere

Dr. Conger was amazing. She listened to my concerns and gave me several options to move forward. She knew my medical history and reassured me and told me exactly how I would get my results and that was really comforting. However, the amount of time I had to wait to see Dr. Conger was just excessively long. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and then in the the actual physician's room before I saw her. My appointment was at 10 o'clock. I was advised to check in at 9.40, which I did. And then I was not talking to Dr. Conger until around 11.15. And so that's an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time with an early check-in of 9.40. So that's just unacceptable. The staff were very quick and helpful. They listened to my concerns and had me in and out in a timely manner. While I still felt like I was given the care and treatment I needed.

This was my first visit with Dr. Conger. She was excellent.

I feel very anxious about breast cancer because of having fibrocystic breasts and having family history of breast cancer. Dr. Conger put me at ease listening to my concern and teaching me more about how to feel for changes in my breasts! Very thankful for a doctor who cares and doesn't write me off because I'm young!

Dr. Conger was very understanding and informative and all of the staff and nurses were also very understanding and they received me with compassion. So I really appreciate everybody at this clinic.

I received a phone call with my mammogram results within an hour and a half of testing. This gives great peace of mind instead of waiting for results to come in the mail or a follow up visit.

Everyone was very professional and treated me with utmost respect. I definitely be back next year.

Dr. Conger is amazing!!!! She is kind, compassionate and a good listener. She apologized for being so far behind and making me wait. She gave me a good exam and addressed everything!!

Dr. Conger and her nurses are phenomenal. Very thorough and take the time to listen. They are all very personable and able to put you at ease.

Receptionist was friendly and Dr. Conger was awesome!! She sat down and discussed things, explained things and was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.

I have a problem every single time at the front desk. No one can ever seem to input my name correctly into the computer. They continuously list the wrong emergency contact(s), and even documented my husband's last name as my maiden name. It's extremely stressful when checking in and out of appointments having to go through a million iterations of my extremely simple name (which matches my drivers license and insurance card) with the staff. This then leads to staff asking me if IM SURE I have an appointment that day. Each time, they tell me it's "fixed" and each time I have the same issue. It's exhausting. The office could use better organization and attention to detail. I rarely provide feedback, but this is an ongoing issue with seemingly no remedy. Though it seems small, check in and check out should not be such an ordeal.

I like Dr Conger a lot.

I was treated very respectfully but I had to wait a long time. To make an appointment, I had to schedule two months out. I showed up early for my appointment for paperwork. I got to the facility at 8:05 for an appointment at 8:30. I was brought back to be weighed quickly but sat back in the waiting room. I was taken back to a room at 8:50. I was asked to undress and cover with the appropriate sheets. I waited 20 min like this before a provider came to the room. The providers were great. It was just a long appointment for a routine exam.

There was over an hour wait time for a ten minute visit. Which it was a first time patient. While waiting in the exam room. The nurses were very loud in the hallway/nurses station. You could clearly hear their personal conversations. Which I think is very unprofessional. It makes you wonder if their socializing contributed to the wait time due to information being entered into the system. The attending nurse had to come back twice to ask questions.

I love that Dr. Conger went out of her way to help me with my biopsy.

Staff was great. Way too many "yearly" paperwork pages to complete.

Dr. Conger took time to listen, ask questions, and explain care to my daughter and myself. She was very thorough and thoughtful. We are so thankful and blessed to be in her care.

The wait time is ridiculous. I ALWAYS have to sit in my patient room, naked in my paper gown might I add, for over an hour/hour and a half before I'm seen for my appointment. I don't like that there is an attendance policy for patients to be on time, but we have to wait hours after our scheduled appointment time to be seen.
