This was my 1st visit with Dr mckee. He informed you well of things he k new. He also adk questions as to what has been happening to get you to his office. I was very satisfied for the "1st time visit".

Dr McKee and his staff are thoughtful And caring

Dr. McKee was very thorough in explaining the procedure that my husband needed. He answer all questions and was very caring and patient. One of the receptionists at the heart clinic at the hospital was so kind and helped schedule a later appointment when I called to say we were going to be late. She called Dr. McKee's office and was able to schedule his appointment for later that day. I forgot her name, but she went out of her way to be helpful.

Receptionists said I was gorgeous and she hopes she looks like me when she turns 65 ! Dr McKee is soothing to my soul and I couldn't ask for a better cardiologist! He is so very kind.

Nobody wants to go to a hospital that uses a high number of toe tags .I think your chances are better to avoid this problem at St bernards. Just trying to be honest.

Dr McKee is great! He listens amd explains whatever you ask about and doesn't treat you like a number. He has an awesome manner with the patients and makes you feel cared for.

Got in quickly to see Dr McKee. He and his nurse, as well as the clerical staff at check in were very courteous.

Called for two appointments and the never returned my call. I had open heart surgery and was concerned about my condition and no one called me back.

Doctors and nurse practitioners need to communicate with each other about testing procedures on patients. Then, communicate with patients regarding test results. Patients deserve better care.

Mckee is very professional and gives me through making sure to give me details about my health.

At the end of my appointment I thanked Dr McKee and St Bernard's for saving my life his reply was so humbling. A highly accredited cardiologist replied " I'm just a plumber the credit belongs to the ultimate physician" . He really looks me in the eyes when he speaks . I could see that he was as overjoyed as I was of my amazing progress.

Had changed the place where they were going to mahe the incision was not aware of the change dr said just miss undering stading it's ok I think not was not happy at all with the situation and how it went down

Dr. Mckee has been my cardiologist ever since my primary care physician, Ben Owens at Clopton Clinic referred me to him, and I have been fortunate to have had Dr. Mckee keep me under his care, making sure that my overall health, especially my heart, is doing well. He responds to any concerns or questions I may have, and confirms my medications are just right for me at my age (73), so I am lucky that I have such excellent doctors who are only a few blocks away from where I live! Everyone there who checked me in and took the usual information prior to my seeing Dr. Mckee were also kind and patient. As usual, it was a pleasant experience!

It's a great heart facility for my care.

Everything is good EXCEPT the scheduling! How easy for one to just fail to get scheduled! Dr says schedule him for an ECHO. Nurse waves and says you can go on home we'll call you when it's scheduled! It's been 2 days! How efficient is that? How hard is it to have the nurse call radiology and schedule it right then? That would include the patient in the decision of the day/time, assure it gets done and eliminate possibility of getting it being forgotten! When leaving without the appointment, we the patient feel that making that appointment adds just one more thing for us to remember and an extra step or more where scheduling our appointment could be overlooked! Do you know we need 2 hours driving time to get to the appointment? How long do we wait before calling you back to see if we'd been forgotten? What happens if everyone there thinks that someone else has scheduled it and we forget as well! Sure makes us feel very unimportant to the St Bernard's system. Also we'd like to add that all the employees we met were very nice and caring. The administrative personnel who make such decisions as to how the workflow should go, should also consider what it's like to be a patient!
