Good friendly place

I was seen in a very timely manner. Dr. McKee was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

Overall, best hospital I've ever been to, best heart doctor I've ever seen, 10 out of 5.

Dr. McKee is a knowledgeable and experienced physician. Recommend without question

I was not satisfied with the way the room is set up. There's no privacy area in the room to clean up. No sink in Bathroom or place to even put a bath pan. The sink is in room right by the outside door which has no privacy. There needs to be a privacy curtain that gives some privacy. The commode sits so close to the wall I was unable Toget up by myself. The room sure wasn't designed well. I will ask for a free standing privacy curtain when & if I am back there.

Sometimes I feel like Dr. McKee thinks I'm crazy and isn't concerned enough. I get tired of hearing we've already done test and they were good. And, when I try to tell him my symptoms he says it's not your heart. I have worked in medical for 20+ years and I know things change quickly. I leave his office after every yearly checkup thinking I just wasted my time and his.

This was my 1st visit with Dr mckee. He informed you well of things he k new. He also adk questions as to what has been happening to get you to his office. I was very satisfied for the "1st time visit".

Dr. McKee was very thorough in explaining the procedure that my husband needed. He answer all questions and was very caring and patient. One of the receptionists at the heart clinic at the hospital was so kind and helped schedule a later appointment when I called to say we were going to be late. She called Dr. McKee's office and was able to schedule his appointment for later that day. I forgot her name, but she went out of her way to be helpful.

Nobody wants to go to a hospital that uses a high number of toe tags .I think your chances are better to avoid this problem at St bernards. Just trying to be honest.

Dr McKee is great! He listens amd explains whatever you ask about and doesn't treat you like a number. He has an awesome manner with the patients and makes you feel cared for.

Called for two appointments and the never returned my call. I had open heart surgery and was concerned about my condition and no one called me back.

Doctors and nurse practitioners need to communicate with each other about testing procedures on patients. Then, communicate with patients regarding test results. Patients deserve better care.

At the end of my appointment I thanked Dr McKee and St Bernard's for saving my life his reply was so humbling. A highly accredited cardiologist replied " I'm just a plumber the credit belongs to the ultimate physician" . He really looks me in the eyes when he speaks . I could see that he was as overjoyed as I was of my amazing progress.

Had changed the place where they were going to mahe the incision was not aware of the change dr said just miss undering stading it's ok I think not was not happy at all with the situation and how it went down

Communication improvement is needed had some confusion & not sure some staff understood me,
