The staff up there from the front desk to the nurses to everyone, when they meet you or they see you walk in, they treat you like, oh wow, here you are. It's such a really nice greeting. You have to be there to understand just how wonderful they are, but they are brilliant. I would like them to be thanked profusely. Thank you.

Appreciate not having to drive long distance for excellent cancer care and follow up visits.Only 50 miles from home.

When checking out the receptionists/schedulers could be friendlier. We don't want to be there to begin with but since it's necessary for the appointment having all employees be sympathetic and caring to patients should be top priority.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent. The team was great. But the TV, come on now. Those channels are the worst channels in this world. Y'all have got to get some better TV. I mean, we're stuck there five hours, eight hours a day and watching either QVC or, you know, or Christian stuff, or cartoons and kids stuff, and some of it's even inappropriate cartoons. It's just like, come on now, or we'll have to watch what's for, is there anything y'all can do about getting us some really good channels? I mean, and Lifetime will be great. You know, something to keep us occupied without letting us know we're in a place that, man, we are sent to suffer.

I've been a patient receiving cancer treatments for about 15 months. I've always been treated very well.

I feel like I have visited friends after oncology appointments. Everyone is courteous and friendly, and my providers never seem to be in a hurry in answering all of my questions or providing new information.

I don't like leaving reviewas, unless something or someone is remarkable. Everything I do, I'm asked to review it. It's tiring.

Everyone in this office has always been the greatest and I could not ask for any better care.

I did not feel rushed to hurry up & get out of their way. They were all exceptional during my recent visit! Even my sister commented on the quality care I received! I appreciate the care

Thankful for St Bernards Cancer Center. I appreciate not having to drive to Memphis or Little Rock for care.

Entire med team were polite and attentive. They made me feel right at home, My only problem is trying to get to the clinic. It's very confusing for me with which level to park in, which entrance to use and which elevator to use. Other than that everything went great.

Everyone always nice

The nurse practitioners and physician assistants are great. They have shown great concern about all aspects of my health and well being. I haven't seen or spoken to my Dr. in well over a year (or two) so I can't say much about him. I understand that my status is stable and others need more hands on treatment

I am a rare case. I am thankful that the care is caring and respectful. The Nurse Practitioner is interested in learning about the disease. She is very caring. Always includes my opinion on what I am dealing with on a daily basis, and is eager to help. This kind of care is rare when it come to a disease that most have never heard of it let alone have a patient with it. Thank you to all the staff in the Hemotology Dept.

Enjoyed the visit can't say one bad word about it

People working in the hematology/oncology dept are kind and caring, always providing the best atmosphere for patients' healing and treatment.

I would like to switch to yall and get away from NEA

This is a facility easy to get to and the staff were excellent and were very knowledgeable with the problems I am now experiencing. They did a wonderful job in explaining my choices in the medicines I need during this time and my options in case I have any side effects that we need to discuss.

The comfort extended was above and beyond. Never once did I feel like I was a bother, or that I was asking unimportant questions Was made to feel like I was the only one that was important at the time. Thank you to everyone!!
