Appreciate not having to drive long distance for excellent cancer care and follow up visits.Only 50 miles from home.

When checking out the receptionists/schedulers could be friendlier. We don't want to be there to begin with but since it's necessary for the appointment having all employees be sympathetic and caring to patients should be top priority.

Love, love st bernards. We are so blessed to have them. We recommend to people every chance we get.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent. The team was great. But the TV, come on now. Those channels are the worst channels in this world. Y'all have got to get some better TV. I mean, we're stuck there five hours, eight hours a day and watching either QVC or, you know, or Christian stuff, or cartoons and kids stuff, and some of it's even inappropriate cartoons. It's just like, come on now, or we'll have to watch what's for, is there anything y'all can do about getting us some really good channels? I mean, and Lifetime will be great. You know, something to keep us occupied without letting us know we're in a place that, man, we are sent to suffer.

Everyone there is very nice. They take care of you. They have knowledge. They make you feel like you're important, like you care, they care. And I really, I really like going there because it's so nice. Everyone is so nice to me. and I appreciate everyone that is taking care of me. Anisha is really good, and my doctor is Dr. Karim. I will see him in September, and I'm looking forward to that. It's a good place to go. They all treat everybody just great. this might not sound like.

I've been a patient receiving cancer treatments for about 15 months. I've always been treated very well.

I feel like I have visited friends after oncology appointments. Everyone is courteous and friendly, and my providers never seem to be in a hurry in answering all of my questions or providing new information.

I don't like leaving reviewas, unless something or someone is remarkable. Everything I do, I'm asked to review it. It's tiring.

Everyone in this office has always been the greatest and I could not ask for any better care.

Having breast cancer is such a scary thing but the doctors and staff in the St Bernard's Cancer Center have been great to explain the treatments and have been very compassionate and caring through the entire process. Today I am cancer free. Thanks to the Doctors and Staff.

Everyone from the first person at the sign in desk to the last person I saw for my prolia shot were kind, courteous & respectful. My questions & concerns were all addressed. I did not feel rushed to hurry up & get out of their way. They were all exceptional during my recent visit! Even my sister commented on the quality care I received! I left feeling I had the best care team possible!!

I appreciate the care

Thankful for St Bernards Cancer Center. I appreciate not having to drive to Memphis or Little Rock for care.

Entire med team were polite and attentive. They made me feel right at home, My only problem is trying to get to the clinic. It's very confusing for me with which level to park in, which entrance to use and which elevator to use. Other than that everything went great.

Everyone always nice

The nurse practitioners and physician assistants are great. They have shown great concern about all aspects of my health and well being. I haven't seen or spoken to my Dr. in well over a year (or two) so I can't say much about him. I understand that my status is stable and others need more hands on treatment

I am a rare case. I am thankful that the care is caring and respectful. The Nurse Practitioner is interested in learning about the disease. She is very caring. Always includes my opinion on what I am dealing with on a daily basis, and is eager to help. This kind of care is rare when it come to a disease that most have never heard of it let alone have a patient with it. Thank you to all the staff in the Hemotology Dept.

Enjoyed the visit can't say one bad word about it

People working in the hematology/oncology dept are kind and caring, always providing the best atmosphere for patients' healing and treatment.

I would like to switch to yall and get away from NEA

This is a facility easy to get to and the staff were excellent and were very knowledgeable with the problems I am now experiencing. They did a wonderful job in explaining my choices in the medicines I need during this time and my options in case I have any side effects that we need to discuss.

The comfort extended was above and beyond. Never once did I feel like I was a bother, or that I was asking unimportant questions Was made to feel like I was the only one that was important at the time. Thank you to everyone!!

Dr. and nurses are always very nice.

The lady who checked me in was so kind and sweet. After I had gotten the diagnosis, I was leaving and she was in the hall and I told her I did not need radiation or chemo!! She was so happy for me. She told me to have a wonderful weekend. She was the first person I told the good news to and it felt wonderful to say it out loud!!!

The tech who did my scan was very patient with me. He got me a blanket because I was cold, he was courteous and told me exactly what he was going to do and when. He said he had done this for 32 years

Yes, they treated me like I was one of them. I have never been to a hospital that treated me as nice as they did. And I would very likely send anyone to St. Bernard's. And I thank you very much.

Everybody that I seen was very professional and caring

My nurse and the provider were both very helpful and made me feel at ease. The only thing I have to complain maybe would be the receptionist was on the phone at the center on talking to her personal business for a long extended period of time and didn't even look up when I came to check in. I thought that was a little odd. But other than that, everything was good. Thank you.

Staff was great. Dr was rude. Doesn't take time with me. Tells me what I going to do, not asking. Always putting down MD Anderson.

We had a very long wait. The door to garage needs blocked off somehow - the cold air coming in was chilly and the gasoline smell is not good for anyone not feeling so h. I had migraine when we left. I did like the staff and their compassion.

Jack, the nurse is awesome. He gave me cancer treatments in the hospital when I was deathly ill, chemo after I got better a came to the center and port flushes lately. He treats patients with such kindness and care! There are many sweet ones, but Jack is great.
