This visit was cut short because everyone was rushing and running behind. I had to wait longer to get my blood drawn which caused me to have a shorter visit with my health care provider

The staff members at the hematology clinic are so amazing I was so nervous my first time there and they made me feel like they really are family I absolutely love the way they made me feel comfortable because I left out with a smile!!!

Wonderful, friendly staff and professionals!

I was transferred from poplar bluff Missouri by ambulance in renal failure during covid( no bed available in Missouri. Your hospital and doctors literally saved my life, they discovered stage 3 lymphoma and stage 1 renal cell carcinoma in my only kidney. I can't say enough good about Dr Durrani and the staff there.

Yes, I would just like to say that everyone there has been just super nice. They've treated me with love and respect and anything else that they could throw at me, they gave it to me with open arms. They've got my levels where they're good. They've got me in remission for my family and I just appreciate so much what they have ever done for us. And thank you and we love you all.

Everyone was very professional, compassionate and helpful except for one person, the social worker. She offended me in her opinions of the work I do and in her opinions of my friends who are licensed therapist. She hurt my feelings and made me feel belittled. Outside of that, everyone was very supportive and helpful.

My whole experience in coming to that center has always been a good experience. Everybody listens to you, from the lady that signs you in, to the lady that checks you in, to the lady that takes your blood, to the nurses and everything, and to the ladies that give you my treatment. Everybody is kind and respectful, and I just couldn't pick one person to say, do a good job, because they all are equally as good at everything they do. Thank you.

Changing the lab, I understand why, but the nurse needs a room instead of the hallway and using the nurses desk by the waiting room is unprofessional. They were somewhat overwhelmed yesterday. A lot of people.

Each one of the staff helped me and my mom understand all the procedures from the beginning of my treatment for my colon cancer. They have always shown a positive atmosphere which helped me not to stress out from my cancer journey.

The doctors in Jonesboro actually know what they're talking about. The Jonesboros in Paragould that think they know everything they don't. And Jonesboro hospitals are the best and doctors and nurses should be getting the gratitude that they deserve.
