Any of the St Bernard's facility's always treat me with courtesy and respect. All of my health care providers are associated with St . Bernard's and this is the reason I continue to use them.

I think I was Dr.Sales third patient when he started years ago and now all of my family and extended family see him as well!! Dr. Sales was amazing. He explained everything to me and his nurse. I think she's Stephanie. She was amazing. They were so nice and they treated me like family.

Dr. Sales and his nurse are great! I have very recalcitrant sinus issues due to 2 previous failed sinus surgeries many years ago (neither by him), and he works hard to manage them. He also understands my severe mental health problems which sometimes keep me from making my appointments and he has Stephanie (?) work me in if I really need to be seen and there aren't any timely openings. He is always so upbeat and caring. He does move fast, but he will take the time to answer all of my questions.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Dr Sales done a great job along with the nurse. Was done right, efficiently, and quickly. They made sure I was comfortable and let me know every part of the procedure.

The building and grounds need a facelift. They are not appealing upon entry.

This is a great place to go to, but you all need to figure out the computer system. It takes too much time signing in for an allergy shot. This was just an allergy shot visit. It used to, it was a lot faster before St. Bernard's bought out the company.

The new check in process for allergy shots seems a bit cumbersome for the team. The staff handles it well, but it definitely slows down the pace of their work.

Great experience!

Even though the ladies were having a little trouble with their new computer system, they were very apologetic and did their best to address the issue quickly. Dr. Sales was very personable, and communicated with both our granddaughter and myself. The nurse assistant that works with Sales to set up surgery scheduling was very efficient and quick to get her scheduled quickly for the next week, since we have been battling the issue for two years.

The allergy shot nurses need more help to help things run smoother. When it's busy it's gets backed up, they are efficient but need more hands.

Dr. Sales is my ENT physician for years. Best doctor that I have ever known and I'm 75 yrs. old. Jennifer in the allergy clinic is also very professional and caring.

I didn't need an appointment for this visit. I just received my allergy shot. However, I did have a longer than normal check in time. I'm usually in and out quickly. I had to wait to check in because the person checking was on the phone. I've never experienced this before. In general the visit was 15 minutes longer than usual and yes I had to stand in line waiting.

When trying to call in to pay on a bill, you can never get ahold of anyone and when you leave a message your lucky if you get a call back within 4 days. This is has been one of the worst experiences on trying to pay a bill that I have ever had.

They are very polite, patient and seemed very comfortable with with was going on.

Everything was great and as expected but the check out where you make a payment, she was either having an "off" day or just not as nice as everyone else. Everyone slse was great and dr sales is very attentive and knowledgeable. I had no idea his allergies could have been causing all problems all along. Greatful he suggested testing for allergies!!??

For allergy shot patients, It seems that it would make more sense for us to go on back and have someone in this department print our form for the shot rather than slow the front desk process down. Much slower getting the form since the transition and giving out date of birth to the waiting room - not the best. Just my opinion

Dr sales was wonderful! He helped me with an ear blockage, a sinus ct, and a vocal cord issue all in about 20 minutes! I left there a very happy person! I wish there were more drs like him!

ENT staff at front desk, as well as staff that administers allergy shots are top notch. Very professional, kind and caring.

Dr. Sales called me personally and told me that my blood work came back normal and . I was so relieved! I had all blood work and test from my previous test from May 2025, being diagnosed with parathyroid, but could not get an appointment with an NET doctor that I was referred until October 2025. I was grateful when this office felt my concerned and made an appointment within 2 weeks.

Dr. Sales was very kind, understanding, sympathetic and very thorough. He went above and beyond just Dr. , patient caring. Staff was somewhat friendly, but routine.
