Yes, I'm very pressed here with the hospital. Everyone's very kind and information is there if you need it. And the people are, you know, it was just a good experience.

Great staff!

I did not like the talking to the people on the phone. They acted like I was a bother to them. The doctors and nurses were outstanding. I do not like that I can't access a portal to keep up with appointments and see my medical records.

People at the center, they were real nice to me and they answered my questions of any concerns I had.

Just that it is a wonderful hospital.

My only difficulty with St. Bernard's Cancer Center has been with payment processing and scheduling. I've had payments misapplied and the option to pay online to make sure that my payment is applied correctly seems unavailable. I also travel from 100 miles away and have had difficulty arranging appointments so that I can see multiple providers on the same day.

Once I finally got situated and my doctor's orders were received or my appointment was scheduled, it was a smooth transition, but I believe it would have went a whole lot better if the information was presented up front that the doctor was not in the office until a certain date. That way I could have made a conscious decision to seek health care somewhere else.

I love the fact that they scheduled both appointments together so I didn't have to wait and come back later. Thank you so much

The MRI staff were very respectful and courteous to me. They make it easier for me to deal with the mri. Talking to me while the mri was ongoing keeping me updated.

I put it all in the other space. If you are open, the parking area should be safe for patients. We understand we had a lot of snow, but this was the only place the conditions were unsafe

Always trust the care that I receive at St Bernards. The care givers always treat me well.

I just want to thank all the staff that helped me. I was just supposed to have blood drawn but for whatever reason I was a very "hard stick" that day. The nurses and staff there were so kind and compassionate and took such good care of me and went out of their way to try to get it done with the best care. I can't remember all their names but I just want them to know how much I appreciated their kind attitudes and compassionate spirits.

Great caring people from the front desk folks all the way through every contact I have had with them.

Get the Cancer in -line with the rest of the hospital with the patient portal. It has all info on the patient and you don't have fill out other paperwork.

With the experience's I've had with St. Barnard's has always been pleasant. The nurses, doctor's, and nurse practitioner are excellent!!

I think that in the garage there are spaces taken by ppl that are not cancer patients
