Dr Cranfill has been my Doctor for over 30 years I trust him !!

Ask again after the second visit. It wasn't a good first impression, but I've been known to give bad 1st impressions myself. Side note: Waiting room stinks.

I went to sick call but my PCP was in the office and he chose to see me. I really appreciated him for that. The front staff called in the back to ask and that was a really nice gesture.

I need my prescriptions called in. I asked last time I saw the doctor. I asked the nurse and the doctor this visit and they reassured me they would do that. I went to Walmart pharmacy and few days later to find out that I had NO medicine there. I called Cranfills nurse (more promises). Still no meds at pharmacy.

I'm a very difficult stick and the phlebotomist was able to get blood the first try. Very grateful for this!

Professional efficient staff

I was told by my doctor he couldn't help me and I should make an appointment with a dermatologist. He spent less than 10 minutes with me to make this determination that he couldn't help do nothing for me. It was a waste of my time, but I'm sure I'll get a bill for it.

I feel I receive the BEST care at St Bernard's in every aspect of my health care! I have confidence in my PCP Dr Lee Cranfill to provide a medical treatment plan to address my particular health issue. The back lumbar and sacrum were giving me pain of which I had never complained. After examination and evaluation of my back, he outlined a 4 point plan starting with PT which I began today! His nursing staff if Sheyanne and Micah are professional, caring and outstanding.

Everyone involved were respectful nice, professional.the girl in training was great. She had a smile, all time along with her trainer. They were both great. Dr Cranfill is great. He listens too what I have to say. We discussed my problem and came to a solution to work with.

Long time patient of Dr Cranfill's, will continue seeing him.

I came in to establish a primary care physician, and Dr Cranfill and his nurse Katie Long were both phenomenal! They listened to my concerns, and made every effort to understand my needs. Katie took a very thorough report of my medical and family history, and understood exactly what I needed. As a 51 year old man with Tourette Syndrome, it is very difficult to find a medical team that has the care and passion to make someone like myself feel comfortable. Dr Cranfill and nurse Katie hit it out of the park

The staff works together like a "well oiled machine". My time there was exceptionally efficient. At least three of us had trouble with the entrance doors. Elderly patients can't get through those doors before they close on us.
