Dr. George Williams was born in Northern Michigan and then moved to Missouri and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri. He attended medical school at Lincoln Memorial University in East Tennessee and completed internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He then went on to complete a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Missouri Kansas City. He returned to Memphis to begin practice at Memphis Lung Physicians Foundation from 2021 to 2024 and recently relocated to Jonesboro. He has one son, Vincent, who is the light of his life.

My father saw Dr. Williams. I appreciated the fact that he was straightforward in letting us know what he could do. And what my father needed to do to improve his health. No sugarcoating but with respect towards my father.

I really enjoyed my visit. Everybody was so friendly, the staff, the nurses. I was very impressed with Dr. Williams. He done an unbelievable help for me that I've been having issues with my asthma for years. And he finally found a result to help me so much that I'm grateful. He's improved my life drastically and he was very impressive with what he showed me in all of his tactics and his availability of helping me get through everything. So I'm very impressed with him and I highly recommend him to anybody in the future. Thank you so much.

Very little wait time in waiting room. However when I was called back and placed in a room, after a few minutes we were moved to another exam room. No explanation... the person that collected my vitals was very pleasant. The doctor listened, made a diagnosis, educated and demonstrated new med i was going to be placed on and will visit again in 3 months unless I had problems before. Overall very good experience.

This doctor showed me x-rays or CT scans of my chest that no one else had ever shown me and immediately took care of my allergies and follow-ups and went into great detail about what progress I made lots of good information I mean he's the best Polo doctor I've seen yet not saying everything wrong with all the others but he's the first one that actually showed me pictures of my lungs from 2016 and on love this new doctor

Dr Williams was rated as Mostly Knowing my health history only because this was my first visit. He looked up my records and asked a lot of questions which gave my comfort knowing he wasn't just checking boxes when learning about my history. Dr Williams is very interested in my health and I feel is taking it serious and is going to find out the cause of my illness. I would rate him as my best experience with a doctor since moving to the midsouth. I only wish he could be my PCP

No sugar coating and advised me of the problem I have could be stopped not cured. If I quit smoking it won't get any worse. I also liked his way of talking to me instead of talking fast he explained

First of all, for someone who's just had knee surgery, the walk back to the doctor's office, back to the waiting room, from the waiting room to the doctor's room was way too long. Second of all, once you're done with your visit, it would be nice if somebody would point out the direction to the exit so I would know the easiest and most quick way to get out of the building. Thank you.

Health care givers never seem to be up to date on my health issues. Seems like they only take a glance 5 min before visit and that is all the thought they give what treatments are best for my specific condition til next visit. I feel like a number not an individual patient. I have noticed this with all the specialists that have seen me, including GI, Electro cardio and Cardio. This is indicative to all Specialists not just St. Bernards. Dr's see too many patients for one person to keep up with responsibly.
