First time patient and the staff made feel welcomed and comfortable.

I was very nervous, but was greeted & shown compassion & kindness. I was reminded by the Dr of our plan for my future care & instructions for my home care until my return visit. I was very appreciative for Dr. Akbary concern for my comfort during my procedure. Bless her & her assistant, whom was most kind

Everyone was nice and very helpful.

She listens very well to a person that has a disability and tries to make them understand what's going on.

Staff was very kind and compassionate as I was worried about seeing a gynecologist. I'm SO glad I was able to schedule a woman Doctor and I'll be back forever. The staff was So knowledge and answered all my questions regardless of how silly they may have seemed. Very pro team y'all have there! (redacted)

My health care provider was very nice and professional, she informed me that I had no issues of concern. The best thing is i don't have to come back for a papsmear for the remainder of my life! lol

All around experience was a good one. My child is now going to the obgyn gynecologist office that I went to when I was pregnant with my first child and when I was pregnant with her. That's how much I would recommend this office.

Hey, I'd like to commend Dr. Akbary as well as her RN, Katie. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. Katie was one of the most thorough office nurses I've ever encountered. And they got me taken care of quickly. They listened, they wrote everything down, and then followed up on everything, all of my concerns, as well as old results from other physicians. So I was absolutely, absolutely impressed with both of them.

My doctor and her nurses were great! It was my first ever appointment and I was so nervous but they explained all the steps of everything and I actually can't wait to go back! They made me laugh and feel more comfortable! 100% would recommend!

Dr. Akbary always listens very carefully to me and explains all the options that I had. I was having a problem with heavy bleeding and she recommended the transemic acid, which worked for me. But yeah, everyone in there is really kind and I do feel like she listens to me.

I was two minutes late and had to come back the next day. Which was my fault so I'm fine about that part and they scheduled me literally the next day so that was great. But the receptionist was a little rude about it and told me there wasn't an ultrasound tech there at all that day when that's what my appointment was for, so I'm not sure what happened. Other than that I had the best experience!!

Dr. Akbary was very professional and very personable. She made me feel relaxed during my procedure and I would highly recommend her.

The nurse and doctor were very friendly at put me at ease during my appointment.

Dr. Akbary listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable and I appreciate she is looking g to take preventive steps due to family cancer history regardless of biopsy results. I would recommend her to friends and family. Maybe the other staff just all had an off day. Hoping they are more pleasant next visit.

Sorry doctors who could not explain anything. Also, red flag they did not ask for a urine sample or do bloodwork there. Won't recommend.

The doctor needs retraining. She needs to learn to listen she needs to learn how to tell her stuff the truth. She needs to learn how to tell her patients the truth. She needs to learn to not disregard medical facts coming in from other specialists when being sent there. She needs to learn to listen to the patient and do what we are actually there to do and not try to force an IUD that is not wanted and then refuse to do anything else until we can sent to the IUD. Literally trying to force an item into a child's body after she was told no repeatedly. She needs more than retraining she needs her license taken away

Best experience ive ever had. Officially switching the SBH for all my medical needs.

I think, focusing on finding more physicians could help, although I understand that it's likely very expensive and challenging. This would allow patient to call needing a check up, especially for concerns related to vaginal health. To be the same day. I'm not sure how feasible that is, but I wanted to share my thoughts. As well as speaking as a Hispanic woman, I find it very uncomfortable to have multiple doctors exam in my vaginal area I have a great respect for the work. Doctors and nurse is due, but within certain ethnic groups it can feel especially uncomfortable to be seen by different providers for such personal concerns. Whether the provider is male or female. I truly appreciate everything St. Benards has done for my family and I.

They were professional and the Doctor was Nice..

This was my very first time to see this gynecologist about my pap smear, and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She was extremely detailed with all of my questions. She answered, she listened. I loved her, and I would recommend her to absolutely anybody who is needing female healthcare.

awful experience. my doctor brushed off my concerns. barely even told me that i have an ovarian cyst before she got out of the door. so rude to be and was NOT listening to my concerns

Dr.Akbary is amazing! This is the first time since seeing an OB/GYN through St.Bernards that I truly felt listened to by a provider. She asks questions about everything and is very knowledgeable. She'll always tell you "come see me at your worst!" And I thank her for her work!

Being new to the area, this was my first time at this facility. The personnel were very good; I have no complaints about the quality of their care. That said, the business model seemed to result in long wait times--especially after one exchanges the outer lobby for the inner one (I think it was called the "nurses' waiting area"). The administration should look at this issue.
