Dr Dunham listened intently to my presenting symptoms and he made me feel like he cared and that he wanted to help me find a treatment plan for my symptoms

With my most recent visit I wasn't prepared for the long wait time but was able to adjust my day's schedule. I now know to be sure to schedule appointments with my OBGYN on days that my schedule is free.

I was there to remove an IUD. The wait time was two and a half hours and I was very understandable. Obviously, babies can be born during that time and we might have to wait longer. But it seems like if that's the case, then patients maybe need to be seen by another individual or more doctors maybe needed at the office. I'm not sure, but two and a half hour wait for appointment that takes five minutes was discouraging.

Staff kept me up to date as to active delays in clinic pt care and why. Deliveries should continue to come before stable clinic pt care. Never stop this practice.

Dr. Dunham and his staff are, hands down, the best doctor and nurses in Jonesboro. They have always listened to my concerns and questions and have never made me feel like an annoyance or burden. They are the only ones in Jonesboro that I will trust with my reproductive health/issues. I am so thankful for Dr. Dunham and his staff!

Dr. Dunham and his staff are seriously the best. He's been there through some of the hardest times of my life including now and he is so caring and passionate and makes you feel better about what you're experiencing and the journey going forward

Dr Dunham was extremely kind and took time to explain my concern and how and what it took to care for my situation. I am 78 years old and no ever explained why or how before to me. I was extremely pleased and left knowing I could ask questions and get answers. I have already suggested that a friend contact his office.

The ultrasound tech was telling me about her other patient she was probably seeing that day and how she was texting her mother. She texted on her phone for at least 10 minutes before she even started on me while I was in the ultrasound room. They took me back-and-forth from the waiting room at least six times and it literally felt like I was an assembly line Just another check. The doctor argued with me about what I was comfortable taking, He confused my pregnancies and told me my youngest was in the Nicu when she was not it was my oldest, he acted like my concerns were irrelevant and completely disregarded everything I was saying. I will not be back

Didn't see the Dr until nearly 2 hours after my check in time. Other than that it was a great experience

From start to finish, everyone I met was very nice. They were all very informative and professional, I felt very good about my visit.

The extended wait times to get an appointment could be improved. It is difficult to wait weeks/months when you have problem and need to be seen

I had a wonderful experience with the staff. Everyone was timely and provided excellent medical care. The only issue I had was that my insurance was initially billed incorrectly and I was over charged for services. The only reason this was caught was because I doubled checked my coverage on my own with BCBS. The staff once aware of the mistake did everything they could to correct this and in a timely manner. I just wish that the mistake had never occurred to begin with.

The only thing I wasn't sure how to respond to was the receptionist that took my insurance card and id asked me if I gave her my husbands license I mean you could clearly see it was my name and my picture on it so not sure what she was saying, other than that my care was excellent everyone that I came in contact was very sweet and talked me through everything and could not have asked for better care when I met the doctor he was very nice very informative about everything and so were his nurses! Was a very good experience, couldn't have asked for better!

I was frustrated to have to wait 2 hours on my appointment without being told that there was an emergency or anything going on.

From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, I was treated very well. Very much appreciated

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure if they are completely finished remodeling, but I did not care for the small waiting room they called me to before I was placed in the examining room. Very small and wall to wall patients when I was there. Felt cramped and claustrophobic with size of room and no windows. But all in all I'm satisfied with my visit and physician.

Dr. Dunham is the BEST. His nurse is so friendly and helpful. They always have time to talk to me about my concerns.

Dr. Dunham was really great hearing me out and listening to concerns.

Dr. Dunham, his associate & nurse were kind, cared & listened to me through my whole appointment. I was treated with great care during my yearly appointment. The nurse never left my side during the physical exam, which I greatly appreciated. The doctors were up front & honest about my concerns without making me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Dunham kept eye contact during our conversation & made me feel that he was really hearing me. He remembered my previous miscarriage & that he took the time to call me about my bloodwork even as a new patient. All staff were so kind & compassionate which makes these appointments a bit easier.

I had a very good time during my appointment. Everybody treated me with care. The doctor answered all of my questions that I had and then all of the nurses cared for me very well as I was stressed for my appointment. One critique I do have is before my appointment I was kind of confused about if I would be able to make the appointment and I tried to call to reschedule and the woman that was on the phone with me was very rude. I cannot remember the name but she was just very quick, blunt and not very helpful when I was trying to reschedule. That is my only complaint. I was able to make it to the appointment so I didn't have to reschedule but still then she wasn't as nice as she could have been. Other than that I had a great experience and everyone else treated me with care. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Dunham his techs, nurses and ultrasound techs are all amazing!

I was uneasy about having a male doctor due a very bad experience with with my last male gynocologist. Dr Dunham was amazing with me during my exam and talked to me which kept my mind off of it. He listened to all I had to tell him about my previous history. He was very caring and I will definitely be back

Dr. Dunham and Lauren are an awesome healthcare team. I fully trust them both and feel they are knowledgeable and caring.

Everyone was so kind. From the ladies at the front desk, to the Doctor and everyone in between. We were very pleased with our first appointment and are so glad we chose to use Dr. Dunham at St. Bernards.

I would recommend them to everyone they are very fast very friendly very good doctor very understanding very passionate and we cannot ask for better doctors!

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the kindness and professionalism of everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My doctor who I've been seeing for 6 years now said "Nice to meet you" and acted surprised when I said I've been here before. This doctor has seen the most vulnerable parts of my body and didn't care to look at who was sitting in his office. The clerk/receptionists are always very rude over the phone. The only person I'd say thank you to on this visit was Debby, my ultrasound tech. She was very nice and respectful. I will not be coming back to this place which sucks because when you trust someone to care for your body since you were a minor, it's gonna be hard to find someone new to trust.
